Spacious, clean, convenient

This is a great place. Really conveninet for airport (20 mins by car), UCLA (5 mins by car), Beverley Hills (less than 20 mins by car) and Santa Monica beach (20 mins by car). It's very close to Nathan Shapell Memorial Highway which you can hear clearly outside but didn't effect our stay in any way. It's really spacious with lounge, kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and dining space downstairs together with second bathroom. Upstairs it has a very large double bedroom, walk in wardrobe and spacious ensuite bathroom. It also has a small balcony. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and it was perfect for our visit to our son's graduation ceremony at UCLA.

Lovely Brentwood Townhome

This property is very bright, clean and well kept. The owner has decorated the home beautifully with no clutter. It is in a lovely, convenient neighborhood close to nice restaurants. The only negative was getting the access code and the address given was actually next door. We would stay there again. Thank you Sharon.

Brentwood village townhouse

Lovely place for two people. Favorite part was the working fireplace. My only suggestions is that more mugs, plates and bowls would be appreciated. We had to hand wash or run the dishwasher all the time.

Very comfortable home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, nicely furnished home. The owner, Sharon was extremely helpful and always ready to help on any inquiry! If the listing had mentioned that 405 is just next door (meaning that it may be noisy) we wouldn't have booked...but I'm glad it did not mention that. For us the location was very good, easy to get around LA and visit friends and family. And the noisy 405, can startle the very first day once you get of the car to walk yourself in the home, but indoors, its no nuisance. We had a nice time there and everything was just fine and comfortable. Thank you Sharon!
