All about the VIEW!
My wife and I stayed at 1733 Grand during the week of Mar. 31 - Apr. 7. As you walk into the condo you are greeted with a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay. The pictures of the unit give a taste, but really do not do it justice. The balcony runs the length of the condo and there is so much to see on Biscayne Bay including watching the cruise ships come into the Port of Miami. During our week we saw a gorgeous full moon over the bay combined with the lights from Miami Beach and numerous glorious sunrises. It was a perfect place to start and end our days and I believe the best aspect of the unit by far. Another amenity that stood out to us was the pool on the 10th floor. Even though it is shared with the DoubleTree Hotel, we never had the feeling of being overcrowded. It is a huge Olympic sized pool that receives sun all throughout the day. There is a bar where you can order food or drink, but we just brought ours own down from the condo, which was better by far. The only rule was no glassware and they do check. A very nice hot tub complex on the opposite end of the pool area with a view of the Miami skyline was also enjoyable. My wife swam each morning for exercise and I enjoyed the workout facility which has multiple machines and a nice view of the bay. The condo unit itself is furnished in a minimalist style which we prefer. A nice sectional couch to watch a flat screen TV. Master Bedroom with a King size bed very comfortable. The second "bedroom" is more of an office and would be a tight squeeze if you tried this unit with two couples, but for kids it would work perfectly.
We had a few snags with logistics and the rental season just kicking in, but the owner has a representative on hand to help deal with any and all issues. We really appreciated Monica showing us around the complex upon our check-in and making us feel comfortable with where everything was located. She also was available to help with any issues or troubles that popped up during the week. She was such a kind and pleasant person to deal with. The only major issue for this unit is parking. I would not recommend a rental car parking here for a week as there are several fees that add on to the cost. The owner of the unit was kind enough to refund us one portion of those fees, but overall this location is so outstanding you don't need a vehicle. Just Uber! We would definitely come back and rent again. :-)
Stunning View, Comfortable, Well-equipped
The apartment was very clean, beautiful with an excellent floor plan, and the beds were comfortable. The unit is beautifully decorated. I was there for a 10-day working / vacation: it was great to come back after a hard day's work and see the magnificient view and as well as the lovely sunrise in the morning. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent with Publix one block away and the free Miami Trolley stopping just in front of the building to take you to tourist points of interest in Miami. Monica answered my all questions and was very responsive. The check-in process and security desk made me feel very safe in the building. I would recommend this unit to my family and friends. FYI: because the owner lives in Ireland and charged my credit card there, I received an unexpected additional currency conversion charge. Not all credit cards charge a currency conversion fee.
Thank you very much for your kind comments, it encourages us a lot with my collaborators, and we reward efforts to receive you, and that you keep the best memory and hope to see you often at 1733 The Grand in Miami.
Super Condo 11-28 to 12-12
The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is so much more luxurious than it looks. The balcony is very large and has great views of the Biscayne Bay and Marina and manatees below.. Monic answered all are needs and wants effectively and professionally and I recommend without hesitation this condo. We will definitely coming back next year.
Infinitely thank you
You reward us with all the efforts we make to keep your stay among your best memories
Great base camp for all things Miami and South Florida
We really enjoyed our stay at 1733 The Grand. The property is centrally located and provides easy access to many South Florida attractions. We visited North Beach, South Beach, the Everglades, the Florida Keys and caught two games at Marlins Park. We also enjoyed a game of catch in Pace Park, right next door to the property and then we walked to the Wynwood Lab, a newer graphic arts enclave with restaurants, galleries and boutiques.
We found the property to have great value for our family of four, lots of space to spread out, an expansive balcony and a great view. We would definitely stay again.
Thanks so much Dear Gentlemen
Enjoy with your family
