Left bank exceptional location ! Half a block from cafe de Flore on rue du dragon.

The apartment is located at the 2nd level (third American) of a XVIII century building with only courtyard and rooftop views and therefore offers full silence. The building is very secure and has an elevator.

The apartment consists of a main room with a couch and a table for four , a fully equipped kitchen with a washer, a bathroom with shower and toilets and a small bedroom with a double bed . There are plenty of closets .

The apartment comes with free phone to 80 countries including north America and Australia, free WiFi, free cable TV.

The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than fifteen minutes) to the louvre, notre dame, musee d'orsay, luxembourg garden, tuileries garden, latin quarter. Saint Germain des pres, the nearest metro station on line 4 is less than 5 minutes walking.

The area is very safe. All hotels are either three or four stars there is a wide range of art galleries, luxury shopping cafes and restaurants . There is also a supermarket in the immediate neighborhood

Please be aware that to confirm a reservation we ask about 20 per cent of the payment and always propose PayPal. Other forms of payments may be proposed to the tenant at his convenience such as wire transfer but PayPal is always an option.

A great property in a great location

This was an ideal spot for my wife and me for our week in Paris. Olivier helped us get situated in the apartment and was flexible in our arrival time. The apartment was a great size for the two of us and comfortable for us to be in. There is a great bakery right across the street from the front door and a MonoPrix grocery store a short two block walk away. There were thoughtful amenities like guidebooks, maps, umbrellas and coffee filters in the apartment.

You have two different Metro lines an easy walk away. The station at Saint Germain des Pres is a direct line to the Gare du Nord where you arrive and leave by train for the Charles de Gaulle airport.

The kitchen was easy to work in and there was a washing machine, but no drier. You should make sure you get instructions on the washer's operation.

You are also a fairly short walk to Notre Dame and museums and its central location is a great spot to start your wanderings around Paris.

Great location in newly renovated apartment

This small, compact apartment is light-filled, beautifully outfitted with modern kitchen and bathroom amenities, and lots of storage space. It is situated at the back of the building so there is no street noise. A phone is available for free calls to most anywhere in the world. There is a clothes washer but no dryer.

The only drawback is the sleeping area - it does not have a door and the bed is wedged between 3 walls meaning the person against the side wall has to climb over the other person to get out, usually waking them up as you crawl over them and slide off the bed.

Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Fantastic Location!

This apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood in the 6th. It is close to transportation, great shopping and wonderful places to eat. It is on a quiet street. there is no view but that did not matter to us as we did not care if we had only a courtyard to look at. the apartment has a small refrigerator and a washer - no dryer. It does have a line to dry clothes on in the bathroom. It is just off the St. Germain Street which has lots of shopping and is walking distance to the Louve. We also went to two of the restaurants on the Rue de Dragaon, the street it is on. Loved the Devine Comedian and also the Italian place with the great spiral staircase - can't recall the name but it is right down the street.

I would stay here again. Also Oliver, who manages the property was very helpful and our damage deposit was refunded before we returned home.

Charming walk up in St Germain

Excellent compact third floor walk up with all the amenities (washer, fridge, microwave, oven, shower) down Rue du Dragon in St Germain. Great bakery right across sthe street, and market a few blocks away. Clean. Great location: Easy to walk almost anywhere in the city. We would stay there again.

Petit "pied a terre"

Very convenient, well located and adequately equipped little flat, best suited for a couple or a single traveller.

Bright, clean and practical. Walking distance to everything. Quiet ,overlooking courtyard. Good value overall.

The main window in the living could use a little curtain or blind to shield afternoon sun and add privacy.

Minor points: the sofa could use a couple of soft pillows for extra comfort as do the metal chairs. Furthermore, it would be nice not to have salt, pepper and sugar readily available in the kitchen.
