Overall, this is a solid condo with a great lake view and plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The downstairs area is not closed off, so living room noise could travel down pretty easily.
My main complaint is that most of the kitchen counter space is at about 30 inches, or table-height, not the standard 36 inches for counters. Most of the light switches are also very low, which makes me think the owner is/was disabled. That's fine, but I just wish this aspect of the condo was adequately disclosed in the property description. My group may well have still rented this place, but failure to disclose something significant like this rubs me the wrong way. I would not rent this condo for more than a couple days if I knew that we would be doing any significant amount of cooking -- the low counters would make that very inconvenient. But if you're not doing much prep work and don't mind cooking on a glass cooktop, then the kitchen is probably fine.
There is only one assigned parking spot -- this also was not explained either in the property description or in any post-booking communication, so we only found out after our three cars arrived and two of them had apparently nowhere to park. In fact, there was virtually nothing in the way of post-booking communication. That said, I was able to get through to the RentLever folks without too much hassle when I had some questions before and during our arrival (call, don't try to message them through VRBO). Back to the parking situation, there were three or four unassigned parking spots at the entrance to the condo complex near the highway. Fortunately, they were available and parking didn't end up being an issue for us.
Ultimately, the condo itself was great other than the low kitchen counter. I just wish there had been better communication and disclosure from RentLever.
Very nice place to stay. Very expensive for just two nights since we were charged a high cleaning fee. It would have been nice to have access to one of the buoys since we store a boat at Obexter's Boat Co. nearby. There were a lot of empty buoys the weekend we were there. It is a better deal if you stay for an entire week or more with the high cleaning fee. Downstairs does not have any privacy and is noisy if someone wants to watch TV upstairs. The sound travels down the stairs and there is not a door to section it off. Our guests did not want to stay down there. Luckily there were three rooms and they took the other room upstairs.
