The residence features a state of the art kitchen including all the appliances and small wares to prepare home cooked meals. Enjoy your morning coffee brewed in a Keurig single brew coffee maker or tea from your electric tea kettle.

Relax at the end of your day in the spacious living room in a large leather chair or one of the two leather sofas - which are both a queen size sleeper with a memory foam mattress - while watching TV on a 65' flat screen TV.

Have your meals at the dining table that seats 10 in your dining area while watching TV on a 65' flat screen TV.

Located between Midtown and the West Village, Chelsea offers good public transportation and proximity to the Midtown office district as well as the many attractions of downtown. The neighborhood is full of surprises as a result of a confluence of changing development patterns.

A melting pot of people can be found in Chelsea and the area’s architecture reflects that same diversity. The area above 23rd Street by the Hudson River is post-industrial, featuring the newly-opened High Line Park. To the south, between Ninth and Tenth avenues, mid-nineteenth century townhouses stand, some restored to single-family use. The white-tile portholed National Maritime Union Building—now the chic Maritime hotel—is a notable landmark. Another converted neighborhood relic is the Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion that once was home to the infamous Limelight Disco.

In the 1990’s the neighborhood saw an influx of art galleries seeking less expensive space than was available in SoHo. In one of the most rapid transformations in the city’s history, the neighborhood has become one of the world's centers of modern contemporary art, with over 370 art galleries.

Chelsea Piers, a major waterfront recreational facility, reintroduced many New Yorkers to the area. The Ninth Avenue food mecca, better known as The Chelsea Market, boasts an impressive collection of gourmet food stores and restaurants, and the zone extending south of 14th Street—known as the Meat-Packing District—is one of the city’s busiest nightlife centers.

would have helped to have a booklet with info on TV, how to use stove, internet connections. The basics. I don;t like to have to call for these kinds of questions. Other VRBO and arbb have this as a SOP.

Great place for a large group!

We were a group of 8 friends meeting in NYC from all over the country and one from Australia! This apartment was perfect for us. Looks sleek and modern and very clean, also spacious. Having 3 bathrooms was a blessing.

The location is great - close to the high-line and very easy access to lower Manhattan and to the Times square area. Being in the warehouse district gave it an authentic NY vibe - despite the noise and the clutter outside.

Steve was very helpful before and during the stay and they were very flexible with checkin and checkout.

The entry is two flights of stairs - no elevator. Bring your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) and basics (oil, salt, etc) for the kitchen.

Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous accommodations for large group!

This place was perfect for our group of eight ladies spending a long weekend in NYC. The entire place is newly updated. The bedrooms were large and comfortable , and three full bathrooms were a must for the eight of us! And, the kitchen and living space were very spacious and well-appointed; perfect for hanging out at breakfast or for a glass of wine before a show.

The place is located in an up-and-coming warehouse district part of Chelsea, minutes from the Highline and Hudson River. Restaurants, stores and coffee shop are a few blocks away. From the front bedroom (the room with two queen beds), you can hear a lot of street noise, especially in the early morning.

Great location neat the High Line and 12 mins walk to Penn subway station. Friendly and helpful host with prompt replies to requests/queries. Although apartment doesn’t look the best from the outside, it is light and spacious inside with modern appliances and fresh, clean linen and towels.

We were 7 ladies from Canada hitting NYC to celebrate a 50th birthday. Steve and Ahmed were great answering all our concerns and questions before and during our stay! The loft was fantastic, very spacious with all the amenities we needed with a grocery store just around the corner. I would highly recommend this loft. Thank you Steve for all your assistance.
