Two bedroom, one bathroom garden condo in the heart of campus west.
About Kathleen Attridge
I moved to Fort Collins as a child in 1972, and even though I left for college and most of my teaching career, I always called it home. I met my husband abroad and we have settled here as we love the lifestyle.
Why Kathleen Attridge chose Fort Collins
The location of this condo is it's greatest attribute. Once a run of metal strip malls, this area is undergoing massive improvements and has become a location that draws people from all demographics. Being so close to CSU gives it a feeling of youth and vibrancy. It's also close to the foothills and the escape into nature that they bring.
What makes this Condo unique
Once you're here, you don't need your car to enjoy great food, entertainment, CSU and the foothills. You don't even have to bring your own bike as there is bike rental nearby.
Small or medium dogs only. Leash law
Minimum age of primary renter:21

Will stay again!
Four of my girlfriends and I stayed at Kathleen's property as we were in town for a wedding. We had no problem finding the place whatsoever. Upon arrival her place was very clean and nicely decorated. We and everything that we needed and Kathleen was very accommodating! We would definitely stay again in this location because so much is within walking distance. Fort Collins is lovely and so is this property and host!
The place was perfectly located for the event we were in town for very clean and well appointed. We would stay again.
Very comfortable for the price. Very firm bed.
Pros: location is perfect to campus; small enough, but just big enough too; parking is easy; very clean; neighbors friendly; full size bunk beds in second room could allow for additional kids or comfortable for bigger kids which is nice.
Cons: finding the location the first time can be difficult (its tucked between 2 new and bigger complexes); the $1,700 deposit was a surprise when booking, however it was returned within 24 hours of leaving the location so just be sure to pay the final payment on a credit card for easy return.
All in all, it was a beautiful location. Very well kept and everything we could need to have a good few days visiting the campus. If my daughter chooses CSU, we will definitely stay again. Thank you Kathleen for making this a great visit to Ft. Collins!
Everything that we expected from description. Would stay here again if our son decides CSU is where he wants to go to college.
great location. worked well
The location being so great to campus was so convenient! It was adequate for our needs and the kids loved having the large bunkbeds which worked well for them. The kitchen/eating area was small but had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Old Town, which is the inspiration for Disneyland's Main Street, is 1.8 walking miles away. It has a vibrant night life with cafes, bars, splash fountains, restaurants and a pedestrian area. Closer to home, the Campus West area offers it's own cafes, bars, restaurants, City Park and CSU campus. Biking and hiking trails in the foothills are 2.8 miles away, and the closest city bike and walking path meanders through the beautiful CSU campus to the Mason Trail.
