2 bed villa (sleeps 4 +2) in Calanuza, close to the beach and all amenities

The villa has spacious accommodation over 2 floors with 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a twin beds, all furnished to a high standard. The double bedroom has access to a balcony with splendid sea views. Elsewhere in the villa you have a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a utility room that houses a washing machine. Further to this there is a family sized bathroom with bath/shower. The Lounge has a comfortable double bed-settee, dining table and chairs, as well as a DVD player and music centre. The Villa has English and Spanish TV

To the front of the property is a raised patio area with sun loungers, garden table and chairs, arranged under an awning. To the rear of the property you find a courtyard with a BBQ and assorted outdoor cooking appliances for al-fresco dining. Again there is ample outdoor seating.

The property benefits from the use of the communal pool and gardens, only a few steps away.

The Gardens & The Pool: Dennis and Tina have worked wonders with the gardens and the flowers are a sight to behold during the Summer months. Bougainvillea cascades over the balustrades creating an authentic Spanish touch. In early Spring the Jasmine is also fantastic - wonderfully fragrant at night. The rear courtyard has a superb range of alfresco cooking facilities - ideal for enjoying the long barmy Spanish nights.

The pool area is housed in a secure gated environment - ideal for families. There is a small child pool as well as a full size pool for the more energetic. There are ample chairs and loungers free for you to use and to enjoy the sunshine.

Local bars and restaurants: There are a number of excellent bars and restaurants in the area. In particular there is the welcoming English bar and restaurant - The Jetset Bar - with a good range of food on the menu (including a take-away service), entertainment on selected days (see the notice board inside for details! ) the bar also as Wi-Fi. Also there is the Venta La Nuza Spanish restaurant which offers a full range of Spanish meals and tapas plus they have an English menu - well worth a visit.

Bar/restaurant Poblet by the local super market also offers a very good menu it also as Wi-Fi All of these establishments offer 'Menu del dia'. One station down on the tram will bring you to a place called Paradise where again you have a full range of bars and eateries, including a fantastic Chinese restaurant. For that special evening of the holiday why not try the five star Monteboli Hotel ala carte restaurant.

Tina and Dennis purchased the villa in 2000 and have enhanced many of its features.They have worked hard to make the villa as comfortable and enjoyable as possible to ensure that everyone who stays have a brilliant holiday. It is a pleasure just to sit on the patio area having an evening meal 'Al-fresco' or simply sunbathing and taking in the sea view.

They chose this villa in Venta La Nuza El-Campello for its easiness to get to other Towns,Villages and Cities by car, or the scenic coastal tram that runs from Alicante city to Benidorm-Calpe - Altea Gata & Denia

The area of Venta La Nuza is very peaceful having its own sandy cove and a small harbour only one minute from the villa .

After a busy day sightseeing it is a pleasure to come back to the villa and enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of the area

What makes this villa unique

The outside of the property offers a fabulous array of appliances for your use and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It is a fantastic holiday for couples or families wanting to soak up the sun, sea and sand. The tram is just behind the complex, offering easy reach to the shops. It is a quiet location and we have had lots of success in renting the property and every year we have had couples and families returning because they have enjoyed the villa so much and our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible because that is what matters to us

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Dennis and Tina’s villa in El Campello during the February half term break. The Villa was everything we could have asked for; clean and well-equipped and most importantly, right on the doorstep of the tramway which enabled us easy access to both Alicante and Benidorm. Dennis was the perfect host; he arranged to collect us from the airport and arrange our transfers as well as giving us as much detail as possible about the local area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous Property!

Spent a lovely two weeks in this beautiful villa. It had everything there that we could possibly need to enjoy our holiday. The outside kitchen and BBQ area was perfect for the evenings we chose to stay home and eat "al fresco."

The pool area is lovely and very quiet.

The tram stop just behind is excellent for travelling up or down the coast. We visited Alicante, Altea, El Campello & Benidorm with complete ease.

Dennis, the owner, is very friendly & helpful.

I'd highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Brilliant my wife and I loved our holiday

Enjoyed our villa property was clean and well maintained definitely recommend it to anyone nice area but lots of hills Benidorm and Alicante is only a train ride away unless you have a car

Wonderful holiday

Just came back from 2 wonderful weeks in the sun, staying at Dennis and Tina's villa. They have thought of everything, home from home.

Very well equipped . From the transportation to and from Alicante to the finest detail for the children's safety in the swimming pool. Arm bands and rubber ring were even bought for the children. A Big thank you both. Villa is excellently positioned for beach, the tram 2 mins walk from villa

Is punctual and goes all over the coast and beyond and is cheap and air conditioned also.

Even the ticket conductor was helpful first time getting on and not having a clue where we were. if you get stuck or need advise on anything from supermarkets to doctors on site there is a lovely lady Judy , she was so kind to us. So nice to find such willing to help people.

Thank you Dennis and Tina can't wait to rebook for 2017

Lovely villa and excellent location

This was a really lovely place to stay. The villa itself is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. There is wi-fi, air con and a kitchen with everything you need. You can sit out front and back, plus balcony, depending on where the sun is. The pool is a good size and just behind the villa. We used it everyday and it was always quiet. The people we did meet were mainly Belgian and really friendly. The beach is only a very short walk away. It is a good sandy beach, rather than pebbly. The water is gently shelving so lovely for swimming. There were even lots of fishes to see if you went snorkeling. There isn't much around the villa itself - one bar, no shops - but behind the villa is a tram stop which is a great way to explore the area. The tram is inexpensive, punctual, air-conditioned and a fun way to travel. You can very quickly be in El Campello or Villa Joiosa, and beyond. All in all, we had a great week here and will definitely be visiting again.

Modern, pretty , quiet setting near towns

A gorgeous setting , spotlessly clean and a home from home. A good shower, the pool just at the rear and the beach only a short walk. Lovely bar The Jet Set with view over the sea. Great bar b cue at the villa Tram can access local places ...Benidorm and El Campello. Would recommend to anyone
