Situated in the heart of Savannah’s historic district, this loft’s location cannot be beat! You are just steps away from City Market, River Street, trendy boutiques, museums, tours and the best restaurants Savannah has to offer.  Surrounded by historic landmarks and Savannah’s beautiful squares, you might even spot a wedding or community event in Telfair square, right next to the building.

A City of Savannah garage access card for 24/7 one vehicle is available for this condo, and you will find little need to drive anywhere. For any additional vehicles, all day street parking is best handled with a Visitors Day Parking Pass from the City of Savannah Visitors Center.

Built in 1849, the Telfair building is located in the hottest section of the historic district, close to Ellis Square and its popular, kid-friendly spray ground.  The unit is on the 3rd floor, with views of downtown and the Talmadge Bridge.  The living room is bright and airy, full of natural light streaming in through the 10 foot arched windows that overlook Broughton Street, perfect for watching the crowds pass by below. 

 

The unit sleeps 4 in beds (Queen bedroom + King bedroom) and also has a pullout sofa bed and 2 rollaway Twin beds.The condo boasts 2 spacious bedrooms each with their own private bath.  It offers a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a 42” HDTV in the living room, a desk in the master bedroom, complimentary coffee and free high speed wireless internet access.  There is a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a pub style table that seats 2.  Complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience. 

When you make your reservation you will download a rental agreement with the address. When you arrive at the home you will find a notebook with information such as the wifi network and password.

This unit is non-smoking.

The apartment itself was perfect for two couples - comfortable common area and two private bedroom/bath combinations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I enjoyed the majority of your stay. I didn’t know we would be that close to the Main Street for all the noise. Also, the information said that the apartment was a 3 bedroom and it is only a 2 bedroom with a pull out couch. Could have saved money rented a 2 bedroom.

Owner's Response: As a follow up we spoke with this guest and she realized she had mixed up another advertisement with ours after looking at many before booking. She apologized after she realized it was her mistake not ours unfortunately reviews are permanent even if they are in error. We have had the same ad for 5+ years and have always listed, described and shown photos of the two bedrooms. We provide an amazing value as well as our rate is actually low for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in this area. And we cover parking for one vehicle 24/7 for the duration of the stay which is a huge savings. The proximity to the main shopping street is also described and location is a highly sought after aspect of this condo.

Nice condo and great location.

Stayed here with three other girls for a long weekend. The description is accurate for the condo. It was clean and very close to everything. We unloaded and parked the car for the entire trip. Walked everywhere! We had a great time in Savannah. Communication with Mary is excellent, answers any text or calls immediately. We would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

Savannah during Holiday week

My family visited Savannah Dec. 26- Jan. 1 and had the pleasure of staying in this awesome condo. The location was absolutely perfect. My son and his girlfriend were with us so having the 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each was great. We did all of the sight seeing stuff and ate at some great restaurants. I would recommend this condo for anyone visiting Savannah.
