great central location, quaint amenities & comfortable living quarters.
The overall size of the location was small but well laid out to accommodate 6 people. It was clean & organized, well-stacked with dishes, blankets & towels. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't a hairdryer (they are usually at the other places we stay) & there wasn't a coffee maker. If we come back (& I think we would), I'll just bring my own of those items. Highly recommend for the cost & amount of people we could fit.

NO WORKING HEATER OR PELLET STOVE IN LIVING SPACE!
Place was fine, clean and spacious...typical Mammoth rental condo. HOWEVER, we had problems with the heating in the condo within the first 2 hours of being there, during a snow storm. After numerous calls to property management and attempts to fix...it was NEVER resolved during our 2 day stay and is still NOT resolved. Management company is completely hands off and unaccountable, horrible to deal with for lack of better words. DON'T stay at Grand Mammoth Resort Management properties!
Hi Julie, thank you for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for the heating issues you encountered during your stay. Due to the storm, our team has been very busy and our maintenance team tried to assist twice. Unfortunately, the heater was broken & had to be fixed after your stay. We offer our sincerest apologies & our general manager at the Mammoth location has offered a gift certificate for a future stay. Again, we apologize for the lack of service you have received and the broken heaters, that should have been fixed before your stay. We have taken this to our team and hope to provide a better experience for future guests. Thank you.
