This wonderfully integrated and open loft has shelving for storage, a large flat screen TV, and a queen sofa pull-out bed. The great room includes a family room area with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating from which to enjoy it. The well-designed modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Places to sit and eat are interspersed in this great room area. There is also a queen sofa bed in this main area so this studio sleeps 4 with the sofa bed in the loft. A spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower completes the circle of needs. Also to ensure your every comfort all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens. This studio has WI-FI, TV/DVD (full DirectTV package with over 380 channels and a washer and dryer for your use. Books and games are also available and there is 1 parking space in the garage and very limited street parking. This studio is walking distance to many restaurants and shops including a great street of restaurants on Washington Blvd. It is also just blocks from the many shops and restaurants on trendy Abbot Kinney. There is easy bus access to Santa Monica, Culver City, and beyond. The studio comes with two bikes, which you are free to use while you are staying at this beachside studio.
