The space has been totally renovated last year and has: hardwood floors; high speed wi-fi; 3 fully furnished bedrooms; a sunny living room with a wood stove; a well-equipped kitchen & eating area; a dining room space; a full bathroom; a sizeable entryway, great for secure storage.
In keeping with the history of the original 1925 house, we have decorated in an updated country folk style. We bought the property last January & are lovingly transforming it back to its original charm. The apartment is at the back of the main house, with a private entrance & outdoor space.
Your space has a full kitchen, with amenities including: double sink, stovetop & oven, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, & plenty of cookware to make a feast.
We provide all your bed linens, extra blankets, & bathroom towels/facecloths. There is a 32" flat screen HDTV, board games, kids toys, books for all ages, throw blankets & logs for the wood stove, for your time indoors. Smoking allowed only outside.
The living room looks out to the backyard seating area & picnic table - you can relax & watch your kids play. We have some sports equipment - for badminton, soccer, frisbee, & other ball games. Around the whole property you are surrounded by beautiful gardens - in the growing season, you have colourful blooms & edible herbs!
Upon arrival, you will meet Tom, our on-site caretaker in a separate unit - he will give you your keys & can help you get settled. Pets are welcome.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules as laid out in the rental agreement. The rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking, and is to be signed and returned to the property manager within 2 days.

Check-in time is after 4:00 P.M. EST
Check-out time is at 11:00 A.M. EST.
Children must be supervised by an adult and remain on the property when outside.
The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons. Any additional guests will be assessed on a case by case basis. No extra charge for children under 12. Cleaning fees may need to be adjusted.
No smoking inside the apartment.
Pets are welcome - they must be neutered, vaccinated and given flea treatments prior to visit; there is a $70 pet fee per visit. There is an additional pet form in the rental agreement to verify these and other details.
