Newly renovated by Sean Scherer this 7 bedroom Airbnb is a tranquil oasis in the exciting village of Andes and is perfect for a corporate, artistic or yoga retreat. The screened-in back porch overlooks the Tremperskill stream. Outside you can laze in an Adirondack chair while listening to the stream. In spite of this sylvan backdrop, there's shopping, a general store, restaurants, the Andes pool and hiking trails just a short walk away. This property is a perfect place for your corporate, artistic or yoga retreat in the historic village of Andes. The property includes two adjacent apartments (Streamside 1 and Streamside 2) with a shared screened in porch overlooking a beautifully wooded stream. At the end of the building is a 40x40 yoga studio/event space with an 18'/30' deck overlooking the stream and is available for your private events for $15/hour if you are renting the retreat. Streamside alone sleeps 13 guests, but combined with our Grapevine location there is a total of 12 rooms with accommodations for 23 people.

What makes this Apartment unique
The back porch and back lawn of the apartment overlook the Tremperskill, where you can wade or bath on a hot day. A number of folks catch brown trout in the stream from April -June and we encourage fishing throughout the area including the Perpacton Reservoir approximately 6 miles south of the village of Andes on County Rt 1. You'll find us easy to get to--just 3 hours from the GW Bridge. As Andes is served by Adirondack Trailways you can come up without a car. Within walking distance you'll find wonderful hiking on The Andes Rail Trail (4 miles), swimming at the Andes Pool and Tennis at the High school. Also, you will delight in discovering new antiques and Kabinett and Kammer, Paisleys and The Tin Whistle. When you're ready for food and drink, you can relax enjoy yourself at Wayside Cider, The Andes Hotel or Two Old Tarts Golf is 10 miles away in Delhi. Enjoy pure mountain lake swimming at Little Pond or Big Pond. Andes is about an hour south of the National baseball museum. We hope you'll make Streamside your home base when exploring all that Andes, Delaware County, and the Catskills has to offer.

Great place for a group!
We had all 7 rooms filled in the 2 sides of the house, and since there huge kitchens and a great screened in porch, we were able to spend the majority of the house time together. There were plenty of bathrooms and the house was spotless. The designer soaps were invigorating, the washer/dryer worked, all kitchen supplies were clean and plentiful, and there was plenty of coffee and a clean coffeemaker. The only thing that I would have liked added is a few more box fans, at least one for each bedroom. The hottest weekend in August was difficult to sleep in, although having said that, the house DID stay pretty cool on its own, and very cool in the majority of rooms (the ones with box fans). We loved our stay here and would return!
Thanks Andora for you your feedback. Hope you come back.
The rooms are spacious, even the shared ones, with amazing mattresses. The kitchen has all you could need. The stream is a dreamy back yard with plenty of covered area seating as well as outdoor seating. A short walk takes you to the small town of Andes. I highly recommend staying here!
We loved Streamside!
Bill was very accommodating and Streamside is such a beautiful property. We highly recommend if you are staying in Andes!
