Stone villa on the first floor consisting of a well-equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. Upper floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

My place is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, great views, and restaurants. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The neighborhood is very quiet as it is the whole village.
Located in peaceful village of Selca, situated 3 km away from seaside Village of Sumartin which has many different types of beaches.

Using wifi and air conditioning is free.
Parking for your car on the main square in 2 minutes walking distance.

In Village you can find two good restaurants, few local bars, post office and pharmacy. There are two Supermarkets, bakery and one butcher.
On the island there is a car, bike and scooter rental, taxi and regular bus lines connecting all island villages.

Sejours au cae

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et le calme. Mais pour bien profiter du séjour il faut impérativement une voiture pour pouvoir visiter les environs et aller à la plage qui est à 45 min à pieds du logement. Pas pratique pour les personnes qui n'aiment pas marcher. Le propriétaire est super sympa et très disponible.

Top Haus in ruhigem, schönen Ort

Tolles sauberes Haus, in ruhiger, zentraler Lage mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und tollen Terrassen. Idealer Ort, um auszuspannen und und sich zu erholen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man touristische Hotspots vermeiden will. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Beautiful relaxing stay

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owner who was more than happy to help us and who would check if we were OK or needed anything, nothing was ever too much trouble. The house itself exceeded our expectations and we soon felt at home. It was exceptionally clean and well furnished with all what we needed, we couldn't ask for more. It has several balconies where we enjoyed daily breakfasts, evening meals or just sat watching the sunset with a glass of wine. The house is located in the centre of the charming small village, Selca which is roughly a 5min drive to nearby Sumartin. Selca is very quiet compared to Sumartin but this suited us just fine, we enjoyed many beautiful evening walks and the locals are extremely friendly. It has a beautiful church just around the corner from the house. Although it was lovely to hear the church bells, we weren't overjoyed with the daily 6am wake up call to mass. A supermarket, butcher and daily stalls with delicious fresh fruit and vegetables were just a short walk away. We would certainly recommend and hope to return soon.

Beautiful house in a quiet peaceful village!

We spent a very pleasant week at this house which is beautifully decorated and appointed. The owner met us and helped us settle in and find parking for the rental car. Very quiet neighborhood. Cafe for coffee in morning and beer in evening 3 minutes walk away. The local beach was just five minutes away by car... House has excellent WiFi and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.
