About Kate Cohen
I grew up in Camden, and was lucky enough to return with my husband to raise our four children in Maine. My husband is a Real Estate Broker here in town and we are both very active in our community. Camden is a truly special spot and we believe whether this is your first visit or your 100th, it won't be your last! We work very hard to make your stay enjoyable, we are accessible…you may run into us at Boyton Mckay or having a snack on the deck of the Waterfront. We hope to see you soon!

Why Kate Cohen chose Rockport
This is just a spectacular place to stay while exploring all the mid-coast has to offer. Modern and clean, while comfortable and inviting. More interior pictures will be published as the renovations are completed in early spring 2013.

Rockport Maine house
Great location, with beautiful view. Only problem, water for showers were not always warm. Loved Rockport and would stay again!
The best stay ever!!!
Two couples had a week of absolute bliss at Kate's home. I can't say one negative things about it. We were totally comfortable there and had everything we needed. In fact, we had made dinner reservations at several restaurants way in advance, but cancelled each one because we didn't want to leave our beautiful view at the house. It was heavenly.
The house has 3 levels, with the living area being the middle level. My husband and I stayed downstairs in the master suite, which is huge with a large bathroom with two sinks. The sun doesn't come in so much downstairs because there are large plants outside the windows, so it stayed cooler than the upstairs bedrooms, which needed to use air conditioning on hot days. The other couple stayed upstairs in one of the three bedrooms full of light and where two had gorgeous views of the bay. Their bathroom was small with a small shower. They would not have been uncomfortable sharing it with another couple. But a family or people not used to their own bathroom would be perfect.
We've been singing its praises since we arrived, so you better hurry and book it. We told other travelers about it whom we met on the trip and we've told all of our friends about it.
Beautiful house in a cute town, close to Rockland and Camden and all they have to offer. Lovely view of the harbor from all 3 floors, tons of space.
not a lot of "soft" amenities that I have found at other RVBO's such as tissues, shopping bags to borrow, beach chairs etc. But lots of dishes etc.
I am so pleased you enjoyed the house! I am surprised to read the comments about the beach chairs, we should have had 4 of them and a beach cooler in the garage. I will check to see where they went off to! Sorry for that. Thanks again for staying with us. Best,
Wonderful Week in September
My husband and I spent a glorious week at Kate's harbor view home in early September. The property was exactly as advertised and the setting was relaxing and tranquil. The village of Rockport is just a short walk and we had several fantastic meals overlooking the harbor. Our daughter and friend visited for a few days and the 3 story layout of the house was perfect for mingling and moments of privacy.
Thank you Kate for sharing your home and providing a lovely break from the Florida heat!
Great Location and Property
We had originally planned to rent closer to Bar Harbor. This was better.
Lovely property on the harbor in beautiful and peaceful Rockport. We loved the quietness and serenity of the small town. We have four boys and the house was perfect for us. Great base for day trips to Camden, Acadia, Vinylhaven Island and Rockland. Would highly recommend this property.
