About Bob Glass
We have been coming to St. Augustine for many years and we knew we always wanted a place to stay in this wonderful town. It is quiet, relaxing and all of the great stuff to do and see in the old city of St. Augustine is just a 10 minute drive. We fish and golf every time we come down. We know you will love it as much as we do!
Why Bob Glass chose St Augustine Beach
Our building is great! Nice and quiet. It is right near the beach and it has an elevator, which most do not. It makes moving in and out easy. We are not one of the buildings with a Jacuzzi in the courtyard, which can get a little noisy at times. If you want to go to the Jacuzzi just walk next-door.
What makes this Condo unique
St. Augustine is the home of the World Golf Hall of Fame and 30 minutes from Sawgrass Country Club which is one of the most famous golf courses in the entire world. Even if you don't golf these 2 places are a lot of fun to visit. Don't miss Bill Murray's Caddy Shack Bar and Restaurant at the Golf Hall of Fame. You can fish on the beach or a quick trip to the marina and you can book a bay or off-shore fishing trip you will never forget. For kids, the Pirate Ship tour and the St. Augustine Alligator farm are a must see. St. Augustine is known as the most haunted city in the US and there are plenty of night-time tours to prove it! Disney is only 1 hour 45 minutes away and Daytona Beach and Motor Speedway is just 50 minutes away.

St. Augustine Beach Condo
Very clean, quiet location and only two minute walk to the beach. We'd stay here again. Publix is perhaps 1/2 mile away for all your food, condiments, detergent, DW soap if you don't bring these with you.
We had a wedding to attend so we didn't have time to do anything other than go to the beach for short visits, so I can't comment on any of the other facilities on site.
A/C needed repairs requested by the front office. Beach towels were not located. There was no tea pot for tea and coffee, would be nice addition to kitchen supplies. Sink in master bathroom was difficult to drain when filling sink. Required knife to life up drain plug. Everything else was greatly appreciated!
Sorry you had a problem with the AC. I saw on the repair order that a capacitor had blown out in the outside unit. There should have been a tea kettle under with the pots and pans. Also, we do try to keep a supply of beach towels there as a courtesy to our guests but unfortunately they must have gone missing. Not sure why you did not use the coffee maker on the counter to make your coffee or tea.

Great little condo by the beach
We were a two minute walk to the beach and there is a secure access back into the complex from the beach. When we arrived we had a malfunction and within 15 minutes some one came to fix it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Actual condo is in fairly good condition; it is very colorful and well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils and bakeware. Instructions provide you with a detailed list of what you need to bring which is very helpful.
Owner was very responsive. The condo was in great condition. The area was very safe, with security always around. The beach was very close to the condo. Would recommend.
The condo was amazing!!! Every morning we enjoyed the dolphins playing off the shore and the starfish on the beach. The trolley picked us up and took us in town to all the main attractions. We loved the Sunset Grille down the road. We cannot wait to return!
Came down for the weekend with some girlfriends for a concert at the amphitheater and some relaxation. The condo was very nice and clean, decorated in a very beachy theme! The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and very comfortable. The only problem I would say is that the floors were not very clean, we even mopped and still had "jiffy" feet the whole weekend. There were a lot of rules at the complex, one of was a new "Wet Deck" rule where you can not have drinks or food within 4 feet of a pool. Never heard of that but apparently it is an actual rule. This is very convenient to some great restaurants and the beach access was great!!
We were glad you had a great time at our condo.
Yes, we know what you are referring to about the floor. When we remodeled the condo we opted for a rough surface, no-slip tile. At times it may feel like it is not clean but we can assure that it is. We were concerned because we rent to many families with children and did not anyone coming in off the beach or the pool with wet feet and slipping.
Thanks for the feedback.
