Venice Contemporary Loft

The house is amazing, very modern and has all the amenities you'd need. Hosting and management was very accommodating with our issues and requests. Made for a great 5 day spring vacation with our family.

The house was clean, easy check in with simple instructions. The home was very close to the beach and outdoor entertainment/night life. It was a great visit and we'll definitely be back.

This is a very posh looking property, conveniently located on a quiet street in lovely Venice.

Recently completed, one gets the sense that things were rushed. The kitchen is not really outfitted for living there, instead, it's "propped out". For example, there is a coffee machine that takes coffee capsules, but there are no capsules.

There were no rubbish bags and we had to go out and buy them ourselves. The downstairs bathroom has no shower curtain, which leads to massive puddles all over the bathroom floor every time.

The master bathroom is beautiful, but the water pressure leaves to be desired. In the living room, there's a pool table, but no balls and cues. There was no garage clicker. The list goes on...

I checked in on behalf of my client who was staying there on business, and found that the garbage had been ransacked and the entire contents were spread out on the path leading to the back entrance. Since nobody was there from the management to clean it up, and my client was about to arrive, I had no choice but to remove the half eaten pizza slices and other garbage from the flower beds myself.

The locksmith was there changing the keys, and this process took about 2 1/2 hours to complete – after check in time. Why wasn't this handled before?

But the biggest issue was that the Wifi was not working. It was only fixed two days into the stay, and it took countless phone calls, emails and texts to multiple people from the management company to have this resolved. Very, very frustrating and time-consuming!

Yes, it's a nicely furnished, airy house. But one would think that a place that advertises luxury would have all those kinks sorted out. All in all it was a frustrating experience. The management company for this property doesn’t live up to what their name evokes.

I'm sorry for the first review for this property to be so negative, but I'd strongly caution anyone who’s prepared to drop some serious money to go elsewhere.
