Our beautiful family friendly canal home with pool, large dock and screened lanai is perfect for a springtime vacation. GREAT RATES START AT $299 per night $1779 per week. 4 night minimum. Rates do not include taxes and fees.

Located close to Marco Town Center Plaza, The Esplanade Shoppes & Marina, many restaurants, Gulf beaches & Veteran's Community Park-home of the Farmer's Market and other local events; this fully equipped open concept home with vaulted ceilings has all the vacation amenities one could want.

Beautifully decorated the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront canal home has spacious living areas, a large heated pool within a screen-enclosed lanai, outside deck and a large private dock for fishing or sunbathing and all the amenities one would expect for a Vacation destination.

The home features a roomy, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and plenty of places to relax and hang out in the sitting areas. Almost every gathering room provides you with direct waterfront views. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The large lanai is well suited for sunny poolside breakfasts, comfortable shade in the evening for dinners, or just relax by the pool throughout the day enjoying a sports game, or family night on the TV.

The bedrooms include the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, large private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and a walkout entrance and view of the lanai, pool and canal. The second bedroom features a king-size bed; the third bedroom features two twin beds while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a full size sleep sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room which allows a total of 10 to sleep comfortably. All bedding and bath linens are provided. There are flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms as well as the family room

Free WiFi and Cable TV, pool toys, beach chairs, and beach towels, a pack and play 2 restaurant style high chairs and child booster seat, washer and dryer and garage complete the amenities within the vacation rental property.

Additional Amenities & Marco Island Attractions: various species of fish can be caught off the dock, snook lights and a cleaning station are highlights available to you. If you prefer, head over to the warm, white sandy beaches and waters of the Gulf of Mexico via three public beach access locations just minutes away. Yes, you can bring your boat ( but there is no trailer parking allowed) or you can rent one nearby With easy access to the Gulf under one bridge with 14' vertical clearance - you can enjoy the clear, beautiful waters of the Gulf within minutes, or you can boat over to a terrific waterside restaurant for lunch or dinner. All of this can be done right from the back yard and dock.

Boat and Boat Trailer Parking

We welcome you bringing your boat with you as we have a large dock you can moor up to however, it is important you understand the City of Marco Ordinance on Boat and Boat Trailer Parking. We do not have an enclosed facility for you to park your trailer in therefore you are not able to park your trailer at our house and would need to make other arrangements for storage.

Section 6 Supplemental Standards and Regulations

9-Boat and boat trailer parking:

(a) The parking of a boat and boat trailers is prohibited except as follows:

1) When boat or boat trailer is parked within the confines of a fully enclosed structure such that it cannot be seen from any abutting property, public way or waterway.

2) On a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours, for the purpose of loading, unloading and cleaning.

3) When moored, berthed, or stored on an approved boat docking facility.

b) The display of a boat for sale is prohibited

The largest of the 'Ten Thousand Islands,' Marco Island is six miles long and four miles wide, and boasts some 50 locally owned and operated restaurants offering cuisines of all tastes. There is live theater, eat in Cinemas, Miniature Golf, Tennis, Racket ball and wonderful playgrounds. Although during peak season January - May the Marco Island Golf Courses are for members only, Naples, just a short 20-minute drive north boasts great Luxury and Budget friendly courses open to the public.

Special Rates are not reflected in the rate schedule but will will be quoted accordingly to inquiries based on dates.

Early check ins are subject to availability and must be pre-authorized.

All late checkouts are subject to availability and must be pre authorized. Late checkout charges: $75.00 per hour prorated for hours 1 and 2. Anything beyond two hours an additional daily rate seasonally adjusted is charged. Tenant must pay for late checkouts at time of booking. Any late checkout requests not paid for in advance will be deducted from the property damage/security deposit. Unauthorized late checkouts will result in a late checkout charge of one additional daily rate and deducted from the property damage/security deposit.

About Dianne Rice-Hansen and Brian Hansen

We are a hard working middle aged couple who love to travel, are avid boaters and love to spend warm summer days at our lake home back in Maine. After spending the last 50+ years with only 3 months of summers and very long cold Maine winters we decided to go in search of a warmer land and a home away from home in the "Sunshine State" of Florida. We wanted to find a place that in our off season months could offer everything the summers in Maine did. After a long 8 year search we drove across the Bridge and on to Marco Island and found just what we were searching for. We purchased a condo in 2015 and after two years decided we wanted a place we could entertain our entire family at so we went in search of a house. When we walked in we knew it was the one for us, after returning to it three times we made and offer and here we are today.

We, along with our family and friends spend as much time as we possibly can on the Island and on our boat appropriately named "Idle Speed", but until we can find ourselves able to become true snow birds we are opening up our home to renters. Come enjoy our little piece of our paradise.

Great place

We rented from 3/6 - 13 and it was a great place! We had 4 adults & 4 children under 4. We really liked having alarms on all doors leading out to the pool, the one level floor plan, all of the kid friendly amenities they had available for use (highchairs, pack n' play, bath seat, bed rails, pool & beach toys among other items, and walkability factor (you can walk to nearby plaza with shops & restaurants).

The pool was clean and heated which we really enjoyed. We also used the gas grill and outdoor t.v. The house had everything in terms of kitchen utensils, bathroom towels, bedding, and t.v in all rooms with cable.

Rooms are separated by wings which was also a HUGE bonus for us. My family stayed in the master suite and my sister's family stayed on the opposite side of the house in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a bonus room off of the living room. We didn't need it this time because our kids were too young to put them in there alone, however it was right next to the master suite so allowing for separate space for two families or friends.

Owners were super nice, informative, and helpful.

You won’t want to leave!

We brought our family down to this beautiful canal home for a few days and I can’t say enough good things about it! Great location to amenities, well maintained property and fully equipped with everything you could need! Our family enjoyed every inch of this property from the dock to the lanai to family meals together. We would absolutely recommend this property and the owners were great to work with. The house was very well kept and in a great location on the island.

We spent New Years week with our adult kids and 2 grandkids at this home. We had lots of space inside and out. Great pool with all the toys and lounge chairs for us.

Fabulous home, quiet canal, pool was incredible!

Great house on quick neighbor

Our second time on this property and our family enjoy it, great pool with outside huge tv, huge kitchen and great rooms. We missed the bikes from previous owners but hopefully new owners will get it on the fall.

RATES and Subject to Change until reservation is paid
WE reserve the right to interview and select guests.
SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking.
NOISE: Follow local noise rules...the police will not hesitate to stop by if a neighbor complains. City ordinance requires quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. The house is on the water and sound travels further than you'd think.
PARTIES: No parties!!
MAX OCCUPANCY: Sleeps 10 - 8 Adults exception: infants sleeping in a crib or pack-and-play. Additional guests and excessive use of utilities (water, propane, and electricity) will result in additional charges.
POOL SAFETY: No glass on the pool deck. If glass is found in the pool, you will be responsible for the cost of cleaning.
POOL HEATER: The pool heater is turned on from Oct 1 to April 30 and the use of the solar pool cover is mandatory by tenants to maintain the pool temperatures during the winter months. Rates during the winter months are adjusted to cover the costs for heating the pool. As of May 1 the pool heater is turned off and the pool is no longer heated. If pool heat is requested for any other time of the year a pool heat fee of $105.00 per week or $15.00 per day will be added to the fee schedule.
CABLE and internet are free - pay per view and on demand are not free. Any charges made to Owners cable service for on demand or pay per view during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit.
PAYMENTS: are to be made in US dollars and any and all PAYMENTS from outside of the United States are to be made through Homeaway's payment processing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: HOMEAWAY'S cancellation policies do not match ours exactly so we chose their no refund policy and are stating our policy within our signed short term agreement. In brief it is: > 60 days prior to arrival 100% less cancellation fee <60 days prior to arrival 50% refund up to 7 days prior to check in. No refund within 7 days prior to check in. Cancellations must be received in writing.
