About Lisa Kragerud
Welcome to our wonderful vacation home where you are sure to make many wonderful memories, as we have. My husband and I both grew up in the Northwest and have three wonderful children, two who are married. I am a teacher and my husband owns a flooring store. We hope you have a fabulous vacation and will plan to come back every year.
Lisa Kragerud purchased this House in 2000
Why Lisa Kragerud chose Wapato Point
This is a great house for 3-4 families to split the cost of. Because there are 4 master suites with their own bathrooms, everyone has the privacy they need to enjoy their vacation, and the huge bunk room gives a place for the kids to hang out seperately from the adults. We are just steps from the lake, the main activities and a pool, but not so close that it's noisy or dangerous for young children. Bring your extended family or a yearly group.
What makes this House unique
Beautiful Pine Trees make for shade in the backyard- unique and wonderful when the temperatures get too high. Fooseball table in the kids room make for a really fun time. Large Hot Tub!
Minimum age of primary renter:22
Please do not eat or drink anything but water in the bedrooms as spills and stains to comforters and carpets have occurred several times.
Please clean your feet before getting in hot tub. Sand in the hot tub can make it break down. Also close doors when air conditioning is on, please.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
Love this home, the owners are so great to work with. Location is perfect for all of our golfers and gamblers. We will be back again!

Thank you! We love having you back ! You’ve always been awesome!
Wonderful home and property!
My family and I spent a wonderful week in this home. It was clean and had everything we needed for family meals and a week at the beach! The layout of the home fit our family well with kids in the bunk/media room and each couple having their own master suite with bathroom! The backyard is grassy and shaded providing a wonderful place to relax. The grandkids enjoyed the rope swing and we were even treated to a doe and her fawns each morning while we sipped our coffee on the deck. Lisa and Eric were very responsive, answering their phones if we had questions. Our family has been staying at Wapato Point for 35+ years and we love the resort. SUP rentals, bike rentals, beaches, clean indoor and outdoor pools and many, many more activities to participate in. We highly recommend this home to anyone planning to stay in the Manson/Chelan area!
We loved having you! Thanks for joining us! We hope to have you back!
Great vacation spot
This is a great home for a large group. Wonderful location and the house has most everything you need. The cleaning service left some cobwebs and pitch outside, but I imagine that may be hard to tackle all of the time. The only real disappointment for us was that the hot tub was unavailable for use the entire week. That was one of the amenities we were counting on during our stay. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was a real plus!
The hot tub broke down right before their stay and we had a repairman over three different times with a variety of parts to try to fix it. We finally gave up and just bought a new hot tub! We will do everything in our power to make sure our guests have a great stay! We do have Pine trees on our property , and although being one of the only properties with shade is nice, the trees do leave debris on the deck when a rain storm hits, as it did the day they came.
