About Doraleen Day
I love the out doors and this property is in the center of outdoor adventure. No crowds here! The only business in town that is open is the Shell station down by the interstate. This is a GHOST TOWN !
Doraleen Day purchased this Mobile Home in 2012
Why Doraleen Day chose Thompson
Peace and quite! wild life! Indian art 3 miles up the canyon! Hidden treasure trove of Dino tracks . Beautiful cliff trails that can be driven by atv or in some cases, car! Antelope herds travel through Town! Spectacular Trails!
What makes this Mobile Home unique
I rode out of town July 3 2012 on my atv and rode all the way to Arizona ( 504 miles one way!) Never crossed private property!!! Saw antelope and buffalo herds on the way!
Smoking allowed outside only.

Great place to stay!
Clean, easy to find, property manager very responsive. If you are looking for quiet, out of the way and close to Moab, UT I would highly recommend these cabins!
We are happy you enjoyed your stay! Please come and see us again one day.
Regards and safe travels,

Not sure how this has 5 stars
Stayed here for 3 nights in September to go hiking and jeeping in the area. I'll start with the pros: it was fairly clean, the RV park itself had other nice RVs with tourists, beds were decently comfortable, good temperature consistency/control, easy to find and easily accessible from the 70, manager was very quick to respond to emails. Cons: it was next to the closes thing to trailer park trash you get in utah, across the street began a few abandoned buildings and really REALLY sketchy delapidated trailer homes that people live in. The "loft" has 3 foot high ceilings--no joke, the photos online are extremely misleading and fantastic advertising for the managers themsleves considering you can't tell that someone cant even sit upright on the bed who is staying in the loft. Lots and lots of spiders and webs in the trailer (btw, it is a single wide trailer in case you hadn't noticed from the photos). They gave us only 3 bath towels even though the trailer advertises it sleeps 4 and we had 4 (thankfully one of our guests had brought their own bath towel), oh and the blue bath rug in the bathroom is filthy and all brown (gross), the faucet on the shower falls off, and bunch of the blinds are broken. I specifically emailed asking if they had a complete pots and pans set, the property manager said they did have a standard and COMPLETE pot/pan set--we get there and there is no pasta pot like nothing beyond a very small pot and a sauce pan--this does not constitute as a standard and complete pot set, when you buy them at a store--they have a pasta pot = complete and standard. The kitchen knives were so unbelievably dull they couldnt even cut through tomatoes or bread well, the only semi sharp one was the chef's knife, this was added to even more fun when there were no scissors at all (usually something included in that slot for them in a knife block) nor found in any drawers, making it difficult to open food packages especially because the knives were of no use in this either because of their dullness. Lastly, the wifi (all the options listed on their checkin sheet) never ever worked no matter how many devices we tried it on or how many times we tried.
It was fun
The place is close to Moab and Thompson springs had some cool things to see.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay, please come see us again one day.
