About Steve Rotundo
Welcome to Garden Springs Condominiums. As the Property Manager living on the premises, I am able to provide you with assistance getting around this beautiful area, as well as answer some of your questions. I've lived in these mountains for over 30 years, and raised my children here. I appreciate the beauty and majesty of this area, and talk about it whenever I'm traveling. If you've been here before, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't visited the mountains of North Carolina, then you're in for a treat. I've lived in many places around the world, but have chosen this area as my home. It brings out the best in people!
Steve Rotundo purchased this Condo in 2013

Steve is great to work with! He has wonderful suggestions for activities and eateries. The condo is adjacent to such a cute town that is fun to explore. It's also a quick drive to Asheville. We were able to do a variety of different things because of the location of the condo.
The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots/pans, soap and coffee, that was amazing. The beds already had sheets and the bathrooms had towels to use. Access to the washer and dryer was convenient, too. The flowers were a perfect touch, so nice!!
Home is great
The apartment is great, well furnished and in good location.
Great condo, close to Asheville
Four of us were fortunate to spend a couple of days at this wonderful condo. Everything was as advertised. It was fairly close to the major highway going into Asheville, and only took us about 20 minutes to get to Biltmore and the Tobacco Barn.
Steve was very receptive to all of our needs, and provided valuable pre-trip information.
We will definitely book this condo again in the future, and would recommend it to anyone else.
Very clean, comfortable and easily accessible to all areas of fun, shopping and dining. Great owner. Very informative and detailed.
Perfect getaway spot!
Loved Weaverville! Every shopkeeper, waiter, waitress, etc. was welcoming and friendly. Close to Asheville, Hot Springs Spa, beautiful hiking trails and the Blueridge Parkway. And if you're going to visit Weaverville stay here! Steve (owner) was wonderful to work with! We were very impressed with the little touches that made an already great condo even more welcoming! Gourmet coffee, fresh flowers, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, wonderful linens, well stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, etc.) The little back porch with the stainless window wall was a wonderful spot for breakfast and conversation. Dining room table perfect for meals and playing board games. We enjoyed ourselves so much we never even turned a TV on over our long weekend. Thanks Steve!
This condo was clean, quiet, spacious and in a convenient location
