1 BR+ 2 Bunks, 2 Bath condo; 9th floor; not too high not too low!

Welcome to Celadon 906! We also have a unit on the 3rd floor (306) if you prefer a lower floor and/or if you do not find dates you need; just email for more info. or find Listing # 554015.

We pay for beach service for 2 (2 loungers on the beach and an umbrella) from March 1st to October 31st...that would normally cost you around $40 a day! Please note that there must be a responsible party who is 25 years of age or older to rent our condo. Also, we do not allow smoking or pets to keep our place smelling nice for everyone.

We typically require 3 to 7-night stays, but feel free to email any requests to see if we can make an exception. There may be 2-night stays that are not filled so please ask about those. If you have any other questions, feel free to email or call us. We check emails frequently.

You will love that there is no check in when you arrive; we will email or call you a code for keyless entry. Also, we have housekeeping and maintenance support available if needed during your stay. I have never received complaints about slow elevators or parking problems, which is great. Wifi, Celadon amenities, and beach access are all included in the price quoted.

Our condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 bunk beds in the hallway, as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. This is a clean, nautical-beachy condo with faded denim furniture; it's very comfy. All floors are tiled, so no stale or dirty carpet smells! There is a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be your very own private shows every morning and every evening. Dolphins and other sea life can be seen from the balcony, also. Condo amenities include cable TV, Internet, WiFi connection, 2 pools (1 indoor/outdoor and heated), a fitness center, game room, tennis court, charcoal grills, and covered parking. There is a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with utensils and dinnerware.

The beaches of Panama City Beach are some of the most beautiful in the world with white sand and emerald water. This condo is right on the beach so there will be no waiting to cross the street...hit G for ground floor on the elevator and there you are! There are on-site rentals for jet skis, Banana boating, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and more.

Tons of great shopping, restaurants, golfing, and a cinema are about 2 miles away at Pier Park. Across from Pier Park is a fishing pier that stretches into the Gulf...very pretty!

This is a family-friendly resort; great night life is only minutes away toward the east end of the beach. Celadon is on the quieter, west end of the beach. We know you will love our place!

Wonderful property, walking in and immediately seeing that beautiful emerald green water was breathtaking! Decorated nicely and comfy bed. Close to great restaurants and shopping. What more could we ask for, just loved it!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the 5-star rating! The parking fee is charged by Celadon Beach and is only $20, a 1-time fee for the entire stay, and I always let guests know that upfront, prior to reserving the stay. Many resorts charge a parking fee. It also keeps those who are not staying at Celadon from taking up our guests' parking places. :)

Couldn’t have done better!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had no complaints. The condo was very clean, conveniently located, and spacious. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Mrs. Karen was very polite and a treat to deal with. She made every effort to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We plan on booking this place again.

Beautiful sunsets!

Very nice condo. We spent 60 days there and never had any issues. The owners Bob and Karen Bigley were always available to answer questions and gave us info on places of interest and eating. The condo has a nice beach theme going. The couch, loveseat and chair were a little too soft for our liking but adequate, although the king bed was wonderfully firm and very comfortable. Located in a nice area in the building close enough to the elevator and since we were on the 9th floor it gave us a wonderful view of the gulf and awesome sunset views. Get your morning coffee and sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim right out in front of you, or grab a cocktail and watch the sunsets which are beautiful. Just a short walk to either the front or back pool and hot tub. The beach was beautiful and being on the quiet end of town was great. Beach walking in the morning is a fun way to start the day. Not a lot of traffic so we walked to Thomas’s donuts which if you want a great donut that’s the place to go. Just a short drive to shopping at Pier Park and other stores. If you get a chance, go see Todd Herendeen’s tribute show. Dinner and the show were very reasonable and a must see for great entertainment. Golf courses are numerous although our favorite was about 40 miles away at Sunny Hills. Lots of great eating places with abundant seafood options, altho we cooked a lot of our meals in the unit which has most everything you need to cook with. There is a washer/dryer right in the unit which is nice as you can wash your clothes and beach attire whenever needed and you don’t have to go to a laundry somewhere else.

This is a great place to stay, you can’t go wrong with unit 906 and we plan to come back as soon as we can. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrella during the months of March thru October which is helpful as if you rent them yourself you would pay $35-40 a day rental. Panama City Beach is a great vacation place and Bob and Karen are great (landlords).
