About Winston Porter
I grew up in Orlando and grew up with Disney. Needless to say, this area holds a special place in my heart. I asked my wife to marry me on the Seven Seas Lagoon :) We have three beautiful daughters who all love to visit the Magic Kingdom as often as possible. We hope you will stay with us and let us know about the wonderful experiences you and your family create while you are here.
Winston Porter purchased this Townhouse in 2013
Why Winston Porter chose Kissimmee
We looked at many resort properties in the Orlando area. Emerald Island stood out as beautiful place, wonderfully maintained property, excellent location and all the resort amenities we wanted to offer our guests. All that being said, the most important thing for us is for you to feel like this is your home in paradise.

I would recommend and rent this property again.
Very comfy and in a very nice neighborhood, highly recommended!
Great stay close to Disney
The property was close to Disney, restaurants, stores, everything you'd need; easy check in; nice to have enough room for everyone to have their own space; Winston was very helpful and responsive. Sorry we didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy the resort amenities, but the pools and tennis courts looked great.
Spacious, clean, very functional. We had everything we needed.
Great place to stay. Close to stores and attractions.
We were in the area for a cheer competition and this was the perfect home away from home. We were close to the ESPN center where our competitions were and close to stores for necessary items. Walmart delivered right to our door step when we arrived!!! The pools were perfect places to relax. We arrived before check in and we were allowed to hang out at the main pool until we could move into our rental.
Nice for the price
Not bad for what you pay. The thermostat couldn’t be set any lower than 75, which wasn’t low enough for us New Englanders. The shower curtain in the master bath was moldy, but I sent the property manager an email and it was replaced the next day. The townhome was ok, a little beat up, but it was clean and and good for the price.
