No need to take a cruise to escape to the islands! Bahama Breeze is your gateway to an amazing villa that feels like you have arrived some place special. Pass through the front door and the bright kitchen with plantation shutters and pineapple accented chandelier welcome you to a slower pace - an island pace.

This 2 BR/ 2 BA (2 BR with den / King size sleeper sofa) end-unit is flooded with natural light that streams through windows found in every room in the home. If you love spaces filled with natural light, this is your home. Bahama Breeze sleeps 6 comfortably. The large open concept kitchen functions like a single family home as it integrates with the morning room and dining area. 10 foot ceilings, curved archways, built-in wine racks, corian counters and tile back splashes welcome you to linger over breakfast or enjoy the morning sun as it slips through the windows. Going out to one of Naples many restaurants or cooking in, you'll have everything you'll need at your fingertips for a perfect vacation in this home.

Right past the kitchen's bar style counter-top you'll find the open dining area with island style glass table for larger gatherings. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for 6 and a large screen flat screen TV for catching up on news or watching a movie with surround sound audio. It opens up to the sunny 24x12 ft. screened lanai offering an outdoor kitchen with Jenn Air grill and cook top, wine fridge, an additional fridge and sink for entertaining guests or simply relaxing on your own. Here you can take your meals at the outdoor dining built for 6 or rest on one of two chaise lounges. The lanai offers great views of Amelia lake, lush palms and a waterfall in the distance.

The lanai offers direct access to the generously sized master bedroom with flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Island style furnishings will make you think you are spending a night in Nassau! Sleep to the sounds of cascading water while resting atop the pillow top bedding. In the mornings, the only sounds you'll wake to are those of birds, the fountain and breezes blowing through the palms outside your door. The expansive master bath provides dual vanity sinks, a stand-up shower with stone shower bench and closet space that Ernest Hemingway could have written books about!

In another part of the home, pocket doors close off to form a private guest suite with bedroom and sunny en-suite bathroom with bath. As with all of the rooms within Bahama Breeze, ceiling fan provides gentle cooling when you are not quite ready to turn on the AC. Back in the main living area, double doors from the living room open to a den / third bedroom. This den / third bedroom is great for a late afternoon read or as a bedroom for visiting guests. Here a window provides yet another sunny and inviting space.

The home provides modern conveniences such as flat panel televisions, high speed internet, quality pillow-top bedding and all of Falling Waters wonderful amenities including the 14,000 sq ft pool, tennis courts, putting range and bocce courts. We provide 2 beach cruiser bikes for your use, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and linens and beach towels for your use. All you will need is your toothbrush and swimsuit for a vacation to remember.

The owner of Bahama Breeze (Matt) grew up in Northern NJ and always dreamed about having a place somewhere warm. After my parents Vincent and Ruth rented for 5 seasons in Falling Waters, they decided to purchase a villa with me (VRBO #439959 - Paradise Found). I liked the community so much, I decided to purchase this condo in 2013.

The large 24x12 lanai with outdoor Jenn-Air grill and wine fridge is hard to beat on a sunny afternoon!

What makes this condo unique

This property overlooks a lake with a large fountain and waterfall at one end. It's a peaceful oasis far from any sounds of cars. All you will hear is the sound of birds in the morning. It's wonderful! The fountain lulls you to sleep with its soothing sounds from 830 AM to 1100PM. After dark, its lights provide a beautiful back drop. And if you are in luck, the wind just might blow the fountain's cool mist on a warm winter afternoon to cool you.The detached 1 car garage will ensure your car (and your stuff) stays out of Florida's strong rays and it makes for easy storage of the units bikes and beach chairs provided for your use.

Great place and awesome pool - great family vacation!

My wife, two 9 year old daughters and I just got home from a week long stay at matt's condo. A wonderful family vacation. Spent most of our time at the pool, which was about a 5 minute easy walk. Pool is unbelievable. Matt provided all the little things (beach chairs, sand toys, etc) and was very responsive to even small questions. Condo was very clean. Early June is perfect time to visit - with hardly anybody else around. And the few folks we met - from all over the world - were very nice. Highly recommend this place!!! Mitch

Big and very nice villa on the lake .

Very good communication with the owner Matt .

The house was very clean and big enough to stay with the grand children despite the bad weather . Very comfortable for a family . All in order and working well ( internet wifi , tv cable ... ) .

Good location 10 minutes driving from the old Naples and the beach .

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren nach Florida und für uns ist Naples eins der schönsten Fleckchen!

In der Ferienanlage Falling Waters waren wir nun zum vierten Mal, davon die letzten beiden Male in einer der Wohnungen von Matt.

Matt, ist für uns der aller aller beste Vermieter , den man sich nur vorstellen kann.

Er ist immer erreichbar und steht einem immer mit einem Rat oder Tipp zu Seite.

Die Wohnung ist riesig groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann.

Sie ist am Ende der Community und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Zum Pool ist es mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern nur ein Katzensprung.

Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine weitere Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spülbecken und einem Elektro-Grill.

Wir lieben die "kleinere Wohnung", aber haben uns auch in der größeren zu Hause gefühlt.

Matt, DANKE noch einmal für alles! Du hast uns auch während unserer

"Flucht" vor der "wilden Irma", zur Seite gestanden und uns mit Ratschlägen versorgt.

Wer nicht bei dir bucht, ist selbst schuld ;0)

Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

It was Awesome!

It was the best rental property I have ever rented! It is very well stuffed with everything you possibly need. The condo size is very large, it says there is a loft - no, there is a separate private third bedroom (great surprise). It is located at the end of the community – it is very quiet around there, we hardly seen people (THE BEST!!!) we wanted to hide from everybody and this is the best place to do so. The landscape in community is the most beautiful in whole neighborhood. The pool is the best too – so quiet – you feel like you are at your own private pool! Matt was very nice and responsive to all of our needs. We definitely will be back and would recommend this rental to our friends! Thank you, Matt!

Owner's Response: Hi Oksana, I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Falling Waters. (I'll have to look into the description of a loft, I hadn't recalled using that term, but I'll double check). Yes, one of the things we love about this location is that it's quiet with just the sound of the fountains and wind in the trees! It's truly a peaceful getaway. Outside of Jan - Apr, the pool is a quiet oasis. 13,000 sq ft of waterfalls practically to yourself :) I'm so glad that we were able to provide a relaxing get-away for you and your family.
