Amazing views!

Ron was very helpful and easy to work with during our stay. His condo has the best views you can ask for and the location was great! We were able to walk to everything we needed which made it nice with a two year old and a 6 year old. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect beachfront vacation rental

Beautiful spot on Pacific Beach! Views galore and cool ocean breezes throughout the condo. Steps from the beach. Secure underground parking reserved for your specific condo. Could use some repair work here and there but definitely not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location

Location can't be beat, overlooking the boardwalk & pier. Plenty of pubs & restaurants within walking distance. 2 bedrooms although one was a murphy bed. Kitchen was equipped with just about everything you need. Unit is outdated a bit. But for the location its a solid option.

Great Location, Amazing Views!

We spent 4 nights here and it was a great experience. The easy access to the beach/boardwalk can't be beat. The underground parking was such a relief from the hot sun. The overall condition of the condo was good. It's a little on the older side but by no means rundown. The price can't be beat. The area is quiet at night. You can leave the balcony windows/doors open and listen to the waves all day and night. Ron was very accommodating and the entire process from check-in to check-out was stress free. We would stay again without a doubt.

Amazing View

Great view of the ocean from all windows in the unit. Clean unit, could use some upgrades and maintenance, however the view makes up for it. Close to food, grocery stores etc.

Million dollar view!!!!

Ron was very helpful, he was easy to reach by phone and or email. We booked a beach view condo, it was clean and big enough for a family of 5. My kids enjoyed being within a few steps from the beach. The only flaw was no washer/drier inside the condo, their laundry facilities were very limited since you have to share a single washer/drier with other tenants but it wasnt a deal breaker. I will definitely consider "See the Sea" next time we visit SD!!!
