We have been in the vacation home business since 2007. We have two homes now in the Clearwater/Dunedin area and our other two properties are on Tablerock Lake in Branson, MO. We have been enjoyed talking and meeting people from all over the world over the past 9 years. We feel we have truly discovered what makes our renters happy in our homes. We are both from the Joplin/Springfield, Missouri area and have lived there all of our lives.

Derek and Jennifer Patterson purchased this house in 2013
We ABSOLUTELY adore the Clearwater area. We searched for years to find just the right places that we would feel comfortable calling our home away from home. We knew the Cottage was 'the one' when we saw it in January 2013. The quiet, historic neighborhood and the huge, beautiful trees make this a place that we just cannot wait to come back home to! It took another few years to find the Mariner House as well, our favorite thing is to sit on the front porch at the blue house and look out at the water. Plus, our sweet neighbor feeds the native birds....so we constantly have pretty visitors in the front yard!
We fell in love with the little purple house under the oak trees at first sight. We love being just minutes to the beach and boating; however, we're not so crazy about being stuck in the hustle and bustle of big cities! We enjoy peace and quiet and not having to deal with noise outside our windows, especially on vacation!
We marveled at how this little cottage was decorated and appointed. Had a nice stay and met both Phyllis and Carol - very nice neighbors. Many beautiful sites, and lots of things to do! We enjoyed the Pinellas Trail and the trolleys to many towns and places of interest!
A wonderful place to stay, charming in it's own right and so convienient for a great vacation .The cottage is well equipped everything thought of Thank you Derek and Jennifer ,we'll look forward to a return trip and will definitely recommend you to friends and family. We loved walking down to the water in the evening, magical !
What a great cottage. Just a few blocks from the beach and eateries. I enjoyed taking my coffee and walking to the pier just around the corner. The screen room was a great feature to use as well in the evening to enjoy. Super cool place to stay, I cant wait until I am able to return.
Would definitely stay again! The charming house is near the water, pier, and close to many thing to do from dining to recreation. Neighborhood is quite and convenient. Modern furniture and appliances. Clean property.
We thoroughly enjoyed your lovely, quaint and very comfortable cottage and we will be back again. It is centrally located to everything in a quiet neighborhood. We took long walks in the morning and again down to the bay in the evening. When you rent be sure to read the guest book of reviews! The accolades tell the story of our visit! Definitely go to Ward's Fish Market if you like shrimp. They must have ten different varieties available everyday! Wow!
Better than advertised. Central to everything but private as well
Loved every bit of this house. Beds and linens were so comfy, helpful to have the 1.5 bath Jack and Jill with kids, and plenty of room to stretch out. Close to everything, we just zipped all over town. Had the most amazing breakfast at Wildflower Café and wished we found it day one. Wouldn't change a thing about this charming home.
