Spacious renovated 3 Bedrooms + Den/ 2 Full Baths tastefully decorated furniture and fabulous outdoor space within inground pool, outdoor entertainment area, firepit, and outdoor shower.

Martha's Vineyard is a short ferry ride on the Island Queen Ferry in Falmouth. You can also catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket from Hyannis.

Excellent stay

The house was great, there was great communication when we needed something. Only one small thing, BBQ did not work properly but that is only feedback and was not a big deal.

This property met all our needs for a week in August with our adult kids and 2 grandkids. Pool and outdoor fire pit made our week. Also loved the location close to beaches and marketplace. Would love to stay here again.

Pool is perfect

Generally great. Outside area - esp pool - is sunny and amazing. Inside technically sleeps 10 but is most comfortable for 6-8. Note 3 bedrooms - one has two beds behind a curtain and a queen in the main area. Just think about best setup for you! Location is perfect - right in new seabury.

Great stay!

Enjoyed a five-night stay, plenty of room for two families to enjoy and maintain some privacy. The pool is wonderful and relaxing, and the outdoor space can’t be beat!

Great property. Great location. Great hosts.

Property has everything you need. We stayed with 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 1 infant and made it work. Pool was amazing. Sand pit was great for the infant. Foosball table and fire pit was enjoyed by all. Great time playing in the pool, playing games, family dinners and evening games. Great location to beaches, shopping, and fun. Hosts were very responsive and communicative. Gave local tips. Made for a great experience. Highly recommend!
