Located on a quiet tree-lined block in the Clinton Hill Section of Brooklyn, this unit features a designer layout. Whether you're in town for pleasure or work, this humble abode accommodates all. Everything is here besides room service.

This unit features a queen-size bed, and a couch suitable for one to get cozy on for a party up to three. Recently renovated, the unit features a washer/dryer, kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom which gives you the option of either a shower or bath tub, a home theater system with large HDTV, DVD, Cable TV with Premium Channels, WiFi.. For those that need to buckle down and focus on work, a desk also compliments the space. If you leave your IPOD home by accident - No Worries!... A Sonos system which gives one the ability to listen to any musical selection from any desired artist is all at your fingertips via remote control.

Towels and Linens are provided.

There is free parking on all surrounding streets. NYC Alternate Side Street Cleaning are posted and not prohibited.

Only two blocks from the unit is the G subway line. Connecting to the A or C line gets you to Manhattan in no time at all. 20 minutes to Downtown Manhattan, 30 minutes to Central Park. 30 minutes from JFK airport. 30 Minutes from Laguardia Airport, 45 minutes from Newark Airport.

The property was cozy and beautifully decorated.

Our Brooklyn stay was amazing. We enjoyed the entire experience from the time we walked in the front door of this property until we completed our weekend birthday celebration in Brooklyn. The owner of this property was very congenial and went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this property if your looking for a great getaway that is close to wonderful restaurants, great gelato (lol), a short walk to the subway to go explore New York or to just stay in an enjoy the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!!!

A rental to come back to again and again!

How lucky do we feel?! This was such a great place with a very task on host! We were in a perfect location for visiting with our daughter’s family. The place was inviting and perfect for us - comfortable bed, nice linens, charming space, very nice bathroom and kitchen - really everything we needed it to be! When we expressed a desire to barbecue, we found out the barbecue there was not optimal - he brought us a new barbecue ! The gift of a nice bottle of wine was also a welcome touch! Thank you Brent for helping to make our stay in your great place even more special! We will be back!

Great place and location, lack of detail, unexpected DANGERS and semi responsive host.

The Good : When we arrived, the studio apartment was just as pictured. Super cute, great decor, for the most part clean. Great location, was safe to walk around and was close to transporation and subway to get to and from Manhattan.

The BAD: and the reasons im giving this place 2 stars. We stayed 6 nights, 7 days(mon-sunday). Found parking directly in front of the unit and didnt use or touch our jeep the whole time. Saturday night we notice we HAVE A TICKET?! For those of you acquainted w city life are probably like duh, street cleaning day...well it was both mine and my fiances first time staying in Brooklyn and going to NYC let alone driving there from Michigan! A heads up or something posted could have avoided the $50 ticket. Not cool. Then there were bugs and ants. In bathroom, by the bed...and we could tell it was a known issue bc of the left out bug spray both in the front door nook and outback in the patio area. Did I mention we brought our dogs? So I have no idea when they sprayed but both of my dogs threw up and became ill. They are well traveled, trained dogs that do not get into anything. And it was NOT from the drive bc we stayed on long island the weekend before coming here for a family wedding. Took us 40 minutes from LI and dogs were fine all weekend until we after the first night here. The bug spray used was NOT something that should be sprayed before guests stay!! Human or furry friends. Also, knowing you have guests staying for a week, You would think we would have more than 1 roll of TP and paper towel. Luckily family dollar was a block over and we left what we bought for whoever stays next.

No pictures of the back patio on Home Away, child/animal owners BEWARE! aside from the table it is an overgrown garbage pit. Glass everywhere and looked like someone gutted a bathroom and left it. Although it may be shared space..(but our door was the only actual door to the back).. don't let small kids or pets back there to play. Sad bc it could be such a great space!!

I text the owner about the ticket I received Saturday night about 11pm. Just when I found it...still haven't received a response.

*UPDATE* finally a cop off response about parking 2 days later...

I would stay here again if a better host and owner took over!

Owner's Response: Let me start off by saying we've been a part of the VRBO Family of Owners since 2007. This same unit has received over 300 plus 4 to 5 star reviews with many return guests. Due to the fact we suspended our account for 2 years (we let a family member reside in unit while attending Pratt University) only 92 are currently displayed dating back to 2013. We take pride in hosting a home away from home for our guests. Every Summer we actively spray the perimeter of the building for Ants. This is the only "bug" you may encounter on the premises. This exterior application was done 3 weeks prior to these guests arriving so I'm not sure how we became the blame for their pets displaying ill symptoms. We own two huge Mastiffs and would never spray a harmful chemical which can be easily ingested or exposed to any pets. My property features a paved patio to the rear which is 20ft by 8ft. It has a umbrella table with 4 seats as well as a grill for the use of my guests. Beyond this paved patio is uncultivated land consisting of overgrown shrubs separated from the patio. Past my property line to the left is my neighbors yard with their own access attached to their property not mine. I am not responsible for my neighbors property. It's not aesthetically appeasing but pretty far from being described as an "unexpected danger". Our unit is always stocked with an abundance of what we define as necessities (napkins, paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, soap, ...etc). A quick call to me will solve this if it were ever to arise an issue. I truly believe this guests' unwarranted rant stems from the Parking Ticket they received in spite of the 8 City Issued and placed Signs on our street that are visibly noticed. I've never been to a Metropolitan City within the United States and didn't have to abide by Metered Parking or Parking Sign Regulations for Street Cleaning Purposes. We boast the fact that there is free parking on all streets surrounding our property BUT you still have to abide by NYC's common Street Cleaning Signs. If this comment held any validity, it would surely be reflected in many other comments. It's our FIRST sub 4/5 star review.

The apartment is just as other reviewers have stated: the perfect place to call your home while exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. We did indeed find parking on this quiet street and loved the bakery/cafe up the street that also serves vegan snacks and sandwiches. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Perfect spot

This was our second time staying in this apt., and we found it suits us perfectly. Location is great, and the apt. is outfitted with everything we needed, included a complimentary bottle of wine! This time we tried out the Jacuzzi tub, which worked well and felt great after a lot of walking around town on a beautiful Spring day.

Wonderful property
