What a place!!

This is a lovely beach condo to spend time at. It has everything you need and more. The little personal touches are everywhere. The views are to die for. Stay here you will not regret it.

Fabulous property - beautifully presented throughout. Very high standard of cleanliness and accommodation. Fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, kitchen extremely well stocked for cooking at home, Could not be closer to the beach - nothing to fault it on at all - would be back in a shot if not so very far from the UK!

Beautiful home - spotless and comfy

Had everything we needed. Comfy beds, great shower, high quality kitchen, comfy sofas, large TV, fast internet (we were able to stream World Cup final onto the TV!) and direct access to the beach for very long walks! Ideal spot for 3 days at the beach and base from which to explore Moss Landing, Monterry, Pebble Beach etc

Loved the stay and the view

Sandra was amazing and she answered all our queries promptly. The condo has an amazing view and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was well organized and we loved the small notes, so that we understood what we could do and what we should not do. Thank you Sandra.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my father’s birthday. The unit is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed - and the ocean view is eye candy! The beach is long and lovely for endless strolls. Sandy is an A+ host who provides all of the information you may possibly need for your stay. Looking forward to our next visit!!

My husband and I grew up in San Jose and frequently spent time in the Santa Cruz beach area. We moved to Grass Valley and raised our family in the country but found ourselves renting vacation homes at various beach areas in California a few times a year.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Pajaro Dunes because of its location situated right on the beach - not down a rugged cliff, and the warm weather of the area pretty much year-round. The best part about it is: It's not crowded!
It is surrounded by ocean on the one side and acres of beautiful farmland on the other. We are just physically steps from the sand with unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean, overlooking Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz.

What makes this property unique

Pajaro Dunes is truly a natural paradise of tranquility. We love watching the wildlife in their natural habitat such as pelicans, various sea birds, sea otters, dolphins, California gray whales/humpbacks/killer whales migrating to Alaska or Mexico. Every time we visit our condo we spot whales in the bay and identify a new seabird or a native blooming plant. We love taking advantage of the areas fresh caught seafood and the freshly picked fruits and vegetables.
We think Pajaro Dunes is simply magical!
