Great location, gorgeous interior, killer terrace

Great location, even though the area is really loud at night, the building is quite protected from the noise and it was pretty peaceful indoors. terrace out back was amazing. centrally located in the middle of the best area in London for going out and doing things. Apartment is fitted with all new appliances and fixtures, beds are great. everything was really clean. check-in and entry was really easy, hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend

We spent a week in London at this Soho apartment and had a wonderful time. Firstly, Andy, the apartment manager, was very accommodating and always responded to my emails, texts and phone calls. He recommended restaurants in London and Paris, points of interest in Paris, and transportation. He called me three times in the USA, I was very impressed and he is very kind. The beds are so very comfortable and the apartment is perfectly located in Soho with the Tube a few blocks by foot. My family of 5 was able to see all the tourist sites plus live like a Londoner in this flat with outdoor cafes and the theater district all around. I recommend highly.

Fabulous in Soho

Returned about 1 week ago after spending 1 week in 4B Greek Street! Loved it! Excellent communication from booking all the way to deposit refund. Andy & Paul were extremely helpful in facilitating our very early arrival. The pictures very accurately depict the flat. Comfortable beds with amazing linens. It was great having two full-size showers! The location was amazing! We walked many places and when we wanted to take the Tube there were several stations that were very close. Fabulous restaurants and bars within a 2 block radius. Despite the very hoping nightlife, we found the flat to be remarkably quiet. We loved the rooftop deck it was perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We had a few minor issues but Andy & Paul was readily available and resolved the issues. We would definitely return. Thanks for letting our family create great London memories at 4B Greek Street! Cheers!

Funky apartment in the heart of Soho with roof deck

Through a door almost hidden between two fun bars—one wine, one whiskey—you climb up and up and up lots of stairs past unmarked doors and blank walls, wondering what you’ll find when you finally reach the top. You open the door and are immediately happy and smiling. This is a real city apartment, seemingly carved into the surrounding rooftops, decorated with modern furniture, a big bright kitchen, two bathrooms, one bedroom downstairs and two more tucked up even more stairs. Off the main room a door leads to the roof deck where we had morning coffees and evening rose and late night whiskey (bought right downstairs). The deck offers no beautiful views but rather city landscapes of roofs and chimneys because you are right in the midst of London! My only quibble is I wish the seating there had been more comfortable—plastic pillows and too short cushions made sitting uncomfortable. But a small complaint for the spacious apartment walking distance to theatre and restaurants—Jin Juu and Dishoom our favorites—and Carnaby St shopping and many London sites. Underground also close. At night the streets are noisy but the apartment stayed quiet, an oasis really in this wonderful city. Andy was terrific—friendly and helpful. A heat wave hit before we arrived and stayed for our entire trip, but three air conditioners greeted us with cold air and kept us happily, blessedly cool. We are talking about visiting London again in December and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, lovely flat!

We had a wonderful stay in this centrally located flat. The property was clean and well-maintained. They just added air conditioning to the bedrooms before we arrived, which was great because we had a couple of warm nights. The tube was right around the corner and there were tons of restaurants and bars on our street and on streets around us. Even though this is a busy area of town, noise was never a problem. The layout was perfect for 3 couples, and we really enjoyed having some outdoor space. We are already talking about bringing our kids back next summer. Thank you Andy & Paul for such an outstanding stay!
