1 bedroom apartment in exclusive community. 3 pools, restaurant & shop

This newly refurbished, split-level apartment is spacious and bright. The comfortable living/dining room has a sofa bed and satellite TV offering numerous English, German and French entertainment and sports channels. The dining table seats 4. An arched doorway leads into a kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, all cooking utensils and crockery. A particularly large bedroom has twin beds, a dressing table and plentiful wardrobes. The newly fitted bathroom has a shower, WC and basin. The property is complete with linens, towels (including beach towels),safe, electric fans, heaters, hair-dryer, steam iron, etc. Patio doors lead into a large private walled garden with table and chairs, umbrella, sun loungers and BBQ. Laundry room and washing machine available. El Capistrano Village is an exclusive whitewashed Andalucian style development very close to Nerja town and the beach. It is a delightful walk through flower filled, cobbled alleys to the 3 swimming pools with pool-side bars and restaurant, 2 supermarkets and the nearby tennis club. Free Wi Fi available at the property

Mark and I just wanted to thank you so much for allowing us to rent your lovely Casita Mimosas. We had the most amazing break, and really loved the villa and area so much. The peace and tranquility of El Capistrano Village was out of this world. We didn't leave the villa for the first 2 days just lounging about in the lovely garden. We do a lot of travelling, and this is the first place we've really felt "at home". We also got great weather and managed to explore the area. We drove up the Sierra Nevada (stunning, stunning) and along the coast, Granada, and of course Nerja itself. It was VERY hard coming back on Tuesday night!

The property was absolutely perfect

The apartment itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. By far the best we have ever stayed at in Nerja. Very central to Capistrano Village with the shop only a couple of minutes walk away. It had everything we could have needed. As far as the patio/garden area was concerned it was great. We took all our meals outside on the patio and the garden was great for sunbathing. Paula was available whenever we needed her. Overall a terrific apartment and we will be definitely booking this apartment again!!

Had an absolutely fab time at Casa Mimosa, wish it had been for longer, the garden was beautiful and so was the apartment, we will certainly be returning, wanted to in September but it was fully booked, so will try again for next year.

Very happy month!

We spent a very happy month in this cosy, clean apartment. It has a lovely sunny garden that is in a very peaceful setting and has good access to all that Nerja has to offer.

Good wi-fi and a nice warm powerful shower and importantly for the cooler February nights it was nice and warm inside.

Many thanks to the owner (Leila) and the local representative (Paula) for all their help.

13 days of bliss!

Don't often leave a review but we found this spotlessly clean apartment exceptional. Location was perfect, close to bus stop and shop, yet very quiet and peaceful. Spent a lot of time relaxing in the garden. It was great to have free WiFi and a wide range of channels on the tv. Would recommend this apartment to friends and would happily book again in the future.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The garden was beautiful, perfect to relax in. Perfect location, not too far away from Nerja town. We hired a car and it took all of ten mins to get to the town centre. There is a local and cheap bus service also that will take you down to town if you fancy a drink or two.

The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. \we wanted for nothing. The beds were comfortable and our daughter was more than happy on the sofa bed.

We would definitely recommend this great apartment for a nice relaxing holiday. Perfect for couples or a small family.

Thank you once again for allowing us to stay . Hope to be back again.

little bit of heaven

this apartment was gorgeous. a little taste of heaven. a peaceful setting and relaxing. easy booking with great communication. it is up a hill but just a short walk to the bus stop if you don't drive.

Nerja is a charming old Andalucian former fishing village which has been transformed into a delightful cosmopolitan town, while still retaining a uniquely Spanish atmosphere. Nestled in the foothills of the Reserva Nacional De Sierra De Tenjeda (national park) this is one of the most attractive parts of the Costa del Sol with a wonderful climate and stunning coastline and scenery. There are numerous beaches in the immediate area, the most sophisticated being Burriana, a blue flag beach with excellent amenities. Served by bus or an easy walk, the small town of Nerja has a colourful atmosphere and a wonderful choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It is an ideal base from which to visit beautiful Andalucian cities such as Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and even the old city of Malaga itself with its lovely cathedral and the Picasso museum. The famous 'Caves of Nerja', are a few kilometres away as is the old 'white village' of Frigiliana which is steeped in centuries of history

Although the property is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible for most age groups, there are several steps within the apartment between the living room and bedroom. The traffic and parking in El Capistrano Village is restricted to a ring road around the perimeter of the complex with paths and cobbled streets linking the villas with the pools, restaurants and small supermarket. There is a short walk along tiled pathways from the parking to the garden gate.
