Casa Nardo is a town house sitting on a corner overseeing the pool area in the gated El Pinar Community. It is large and fully air conditioned with four bedrooms. Perfectly located in Sierra Cortina, Costa Blanca, where the old world meets the new world, the mountains meet the beaches, golf meets hiking, shopping meet restaurants, and lots to do for children.
The house is nicely furnished with 4 bedrooms, located on the corner next to the swimming pool in the middle of the property. The house has private parking outside the house. You will have panoramic views from the roof terrace of the Mediterranean and the mountains in teh west.
The house is fully air conditioned, well equipped and exclusively decorated, and is surrounded by beautiful and large groomed garden with large palm trees and nice path ways around the property. The house comes well equipped with two LCD TV´s, DVD, Apple TV, WiFi, & more.
The 4th bedroom alternates as play room with separate TV and game station.

About Marianne Eskeland & Leiv Kallestad
The house is owned by the Eskeland Kallestad family. We are a family of four from the South West of Norway, and use the house as a getaway from cold and harsh Norwegian weather. We are working in the oil & gas sector and in sports arena management. We spend a lot of our spare time in Norway outdoor to foot or on skis as a family including our dog. Friends have been visiting us, and close family has used it from time to time. As owners we like to take care of our belongings, and the house is no exception. We actively participate in the owners association, and have a strong interest in ensuring that you will get a good experience staying in our house.

We purchased this property based on location advice from my brother whom knew the area very well all the way back from the mid 80íes. We wanted to find a place that provided access to outdoor activities, as well as closeness to beaches, restaurants, shopping and nice scenery. The house was in the perfect location for us, and have never regretted a single day that we purchased it. It has easy access from the airport in Alicante, and its closeness to both the stunning scenery and all the activities in the area needs to be experienced. Our Dutch neighbors travelled up and down the Spanish coast from Barcelona in the North to Marbella in the south in order to find their dream place, and purchased the house next door. No coincidence.
What makes this Townhome unique
The house is build in a traditional Spanish Style, and has a nice and warm feeling to it when you get inside. It is nicely furnished and has all the amenities you need for a wonderful vacation. The outdoor space with the patio provides a large extension of the living room, and allows you to enjoy the breakfast outside in the morning, long dinners in the evening and thereafter relaxing in the sitting area outside. The house is located on a corner, and is surrounded by space. You can therefore enjoy peace and quit with nice views even from the patio. When you move up to the balcony on the first floor or roof terrace you will feel the breeze and enjoy the panoramic views towards the ocean and the Sierra Cortina Mountains.

Excellent beautiful villa very clean there wasn't anything more we could ask for.
No complaints with the villa more than happy with that just it was situated a little further than we thought from shops etc and the bus times were very hit n miss.
Beautifull house!! Well equipped en excelllent location
Casa Norda is a beautifull house and the facilities are really good. You will be warmly welcomed on your stay, no matter what time you will arrive.The swimming pool is well maintained (not too big, but you can time it right with other users if you want a peacefull lay in the pool or a ball game with kids) just like te compound itself. The house has airconditioning which sometimes is a bliss, although you'd better not get used to it (to warm outside). Breakfast and dinner on the covered patio - seats upto 8, is lovely. BBQ is fun , there's a BBQ by the house. The location is perfect for trips close by such as Villajoyosa beach/town (lovely sand beach and nice little town not too touristique en nice restaurants on the boulevard in front of multicoloured houses) , Altea, the waterfalls of Algar and (G)Queadelest . Last two locations are further inland. A beautifull (short - 20-35 min - ride with really nice views and a tast of the inland of Spain. Or if you prefer one of the many attraction parcs close by such as Aqualandia (Waterparc.. not a bad choice if the temparature rise above 34C).. good fun for adolescent kids -tip: book your tickets online... ,much cheaper). But also a trip to Valencia is easily made (1hr 20 min drive). Lovely town!. We never made it on the tram/train trip from Finestrat/Benidorm tot Denia unfortenately, but we were told it would be great. A shoppingmall is close by to Finestrat (La Marina) and so is a huge supermarket Carrefour with opening hours that will suit anybody (open even up till 24 and on Sundays .. but remember no alcohol is sold there after 22 - we arrived late :-)). Avoid Benidorm if possible. Dining in Finestrat (old town) is fun joining the locals. Park in the Parking garage Finestrat. There is a (mainly food) market in La Cala on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Too much to do for our 13 days stay. The only thing we missed in the lovely house were (dust)bins.. :-)

La casa dispone de todas las comodidades, tratándose de una parcela individual totalmente vallada, cerrada y con la intimidad que proporciona un perimetro tupido por vegetación, incluso con espacio terreno donde aparcar vuestro vehículo, siendo super acojedora. Gracias.

The house is located in a prime Costa Blanca location with access to outdoor activities (hiking, golf, mountainbiking etc). Fantastic for the childre with nice beaches, fun parks, animal parks and water parks. You can experience the local food and wine in excellent restaurant in old town Benidorm or in the many villages in the vincinity of the house. Shopping is good. The large cities of Alicante and Valenca are only a 20 and 60 minute drive away respectively. Last but not least, the mountains and the valleys are there to be explored by you.
