This stylish one double-bed apartment is in the heart of bustling Fitzrovia, part of London’s central West End theatre district. The LOCATION makes this apartment truly special. Ideally located within easy walking distance to all the major attractions - including Oxford Street and Covent Garden, theatre-land, cinemas, Soho bars and clubs and Chinatown.

The apartment is quiet, secure and private, set within a beautiful period building and with original features. A second floor walk-up (no elevator), it is fully equipped and furnished. The bedroom has a double bed, flat screen TV and fitted wardrobes. The living room has an L shaped sofa and dining area. The small, fully equipped kitchenette includes washing machine, hob, combination oven and large fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a tub with shower over.

Cable TV (Freeview), international landline calls and wireless broadband are all included free in the rental price.

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the west end of London, with masses of both fine dining restaurants and local eateries right on your doorstep. The immediate neighbourhood is a vibrant and historic area, with a thriving pavement cafe culture mixed with art galleries, museums and useful local shops.

London's main theatre district, large department stores and many famous restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Inside the apartment, the living room, bedroom and bathroom are each off a central hallway. The kitchenette is off the living room. The apartment is very quiet and private - it is not overlooked and you will not hear any traffic or other noise from the street.

A welcome pack is provided with soap, shower gel, coffee, tea, snacks, oil, vinegar, cleaning and clothes washing liquid. There are adapter plugs for overseas electrical equipment; a hair dryer is provided. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking at home, including a coffee maker. Tea coffee, basic spices, oil, vinegar etc are provided. Towels and bed linen are provided and all this is included in the price.

Great location!

Samantha's flat is located in a lovely part of London...walking distance to the theater district, shopping, and some of the sights, but not in a crowded/touristy spot. There are more restaurants than we had time to visit in the blocks around the flat, and each one we tried was delicious. Tube stops and several grocery stores were also nearby. We were there during quite a heatwave, and only a couple of the nights were uncomfortably warm...there was a nice fan directed right at the bed. The flat is spacious and comfortable, and Samantha was a kind and helpful hostess. This was a perfect home base for our time in London!

Comfortable 11 night stay in Central London

We spend 11 nights in Samantha's flat in Fitzrovia in late May/early June. We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect for both catching public transportation (easy walks to Goodge St and Tottenham Court Road tube stations) and for walking to many of the Central London destinations we explored. The flat is small, but well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Samantha was able to grant us early check in to the flat on the day of our arrival, which was much appreciated after our long journey. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit London in the future.

Great apartment in superb location.

The location of this apartment is absolutely stellar! Walking distance to many attractions and a sort bus ride to others. We chose walking and bus rather than tube do we could see the city. Apartment was roomy, bed was good. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but shower was good. 3 flights up so this is not for people who have trouble with stairs. There is a barbershop downstairs and the cut hair blows into the entranceway. This could been cleaned daily to make the place a bit cleaner. There was also a musty smell as you climbed the stairs. Other than those few small things, the place was great. Host Samantha was very helpful. She had a row full of books you could borrow-maps, guide books etc. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Perfectly located, central to everything.

We just spent 7 nights In this great little flat centrally located, In the heart of a great little neighborhood. Tons of coffee shops and great eateries right outside your door. Every option available especially if you have dietary restrictions. Right on the corner is a juice bar also serving home made almond milk beverages and around he corner a gluten free bakery with breakfast and lunch options. Getting around was quite easy by tube or bus and we were able to walk to most shopping, china town, all theaters, Soho etc.... The place had a tiny kitchen but we didn't try using it at all. I would give this flat 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 things there is a bar in the cellar next door and Friday and Saturday night you can hear the music until late... earplugs did the job...I'm a light sleeper.. and if it was a bit tidier... a few cob webs in the corners on the ceiling and dust across the mirror frame baseboards and the wires by the bed.

A lovely apartment in a perfect spot

Over the years we had stayed at many places when visiting London and this one is among those we liked best. Location could not be better, with easy access to everything central London has to offer and plenty of shops and good restaurants in the neighbourhood. It's spacious, clean and its facing away from the street filtering out most of the noise coming from the street. Just great.
