Modern, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room - sleeps 3; garden location

The apartment is located in a city centre garden courtyard right beside the famous Halfpenny Bridge. It is surrounded by vibrant streets, yet its secluded courtyard location give it a quiet ambiance. The garden is so calm it's hard to believe you are just 5 minutes from Dublin's liveliest area, Temple Bar. The busiest shopping street in Ireland - Henry Street - is just 4 minutes walk. The is a modern apartment with Axminister carpet or timber floors throughout. Kitchen is galley-style and ideal for picking up a quick meal during the day. There is a large fridge-freezer and a clothes washer-dryer. Living room has a colour TV, leather sofa-bed and leather armchair. In addition is there is dining table and chairs. There is a door out to the garden patio area. Bedroom has a double bed with bedside reading lamps and a large wardrobe.

Visitors love the location for its convenience. Visitor attractions are all easily reached on foot. Best of all is the modern cosy feel of the apartment with its surrounding floral and greenery. This is just a great apartment for the solo traveler, superb for couples and very comfortable for 3 adults.

Car not really required in this, most central, location. If needed we can provide parking in the underground car park which you can access by elevator at garden level.

The only thing good is location

Apartment is very basic. We arrived after spending a week in a lovely well stocked apartment in Edinburgh. That may have tainted my opinion of this apartment. There weren't any basic amenities (i.e. salt, pepper, ect.) which we have found in other vacation rentals. The apartment never felt clean. I'm not sure if the duvet had been cleaned before we arrived. Giving it 3 stars for location as it is centrally located and no steps to climb.

Better than a hotel

Liam's one bedroom garden apartment was the perfect location for a short stay in Dublin. We were within walking distance of Temple Bar, the DART, and local shopping. Seven years ago we stayed at the Jury's Inn across from Christ Church. This apartment was more enjoyable and relaxing. We felt the kitchen in the apartment was important as we were able to have breakfast foods, snacks, and beverages whenever we wanted. The furniture was comfortable and relaxing. When we return to Ireland, we plan on using Liam's apartments.

Perfect Spot

Liam's one bedroom garden apartment was the perfect home base for our five days in Dublin. It was accurately described on the website and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We really liked the quiet garden courtyard that you walked through to access the apartment. It felt very safe.

Our plane arrived earlier than anticipated, yet Liam worked with us all morning on an early check-in. He did a wonderful job of acclimating us to the the place and the surrounding neighborhood too.

The apartment was perfectly situated near the city center and a two minute walk from Ha' Penny bridge. We could easily walk to restaurants and museums. A Marks and Spencer's was only a block away and a great place for provisions. Our favorite restaurant was just across the street at Lott's Bar. We ate there twice--couldn't get enough of the homemade Guinness brown bread and seafood chowder. In summary, for two people and a great Dublin vacation, you can't beat Liam's garden apartment.

Just what we needed, we had an excellent stay!

Myself and my wife returned from the United Stated for a break at Easter time and stayed in this wonderful accommodation. The property is located very centrally and within walking distance of the main attractions Dublin city has to offer. The accommodation was very accurately described and the layout and facilities ideal for our requirements. The apartment was very clean and was maintained to a very high standard. The customer service was excellent and highly supportive. The Winding Stair Restaurant and the Woolen Mills are just around the corner where we had a wonderful Dinner overlooking the River Liffey and the Ha’Penny Bridge at night and a beautiful brunch observing life passing by at a relaxed and unhurried pace. The Lott (Bar) was just across the street and the Ha’Penny Inn across the river using the selfsame pedestrian bridge, both very friendly traditional pubs. We would have no hesitations in recommending this accommodation to family members or friends, we would highly recommend it!

Excellent Location, Nice Place

We stayed 3 nights Aug.28 – 31, 2015 at the Garden Apartment. Excellent location, close to everything. Liam was good to deal with and helpful; easy check in and out. Nice courtyard and quiet. We often rent places with kitchens as we don't eat out much (strict diet). The kitchen was good, had the basics, served it’s purpose. Liked the flooring, the place is a bit dated, small old TV, with nothing to watch (we travel extensively usually have flat screens with lots of American programs). We usually relax and watch a bit of TV in the evening after an exciting, long day. Nice to have a clothes washer, which we didn't use as it was the start of our trip. From: Canada

Une excellente adresse au coeur de Dublin......appartement dans un ensemble immobilier hyper sécurisé...il faut franchir 4 portes à clés pour entrer dans l'appartement!!!!......100% silencieux...très propre, lumineux, cuisine très équipée....bonne literie...vue sur un grand jardin clean......

parking en sous sol, mais avoir une voiture à Dublin n'a aucun intéret!!!(embouteillage!).....le quartier est populaire et tranquille....prendre le petit pont à 150 mètres pour aller aussitot dans le quartier Temple Bar ...ambiance extraordinaire !.....nous avons passé 4 nuits...suffisant pour bien connaitre Dublin sans utiliser les transports en commun ...!

faire confiance à LIAM, le gestionnaire ......qui gère très bien la réservation de l'appartement.
