Beautiful, contemporary loft townhouse in the historic East Hill neighborhood that sleeps up to six in beds, plus blow-up mattress available to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements, plus a pack & play crib. The maximum is 6 people plus one infant. The 2012 Loft Townhouse has impressive 20' high vaulted ceilings, 8' tall doors throughout and about 1,400 square feet of living space. Master suite is downstairs with king size bed and luxurious bath which includes large shower with no curb for wheelchair access. Doorways downstairs are 36"inches or more wide.

SPECIAL NFL TICKET ALL SEASON LONG! So enjoy your games live during your visit to Pensacola on the 4K HD 55" 3D TV. The TV is also equipped with a rlue-ray, 3D player.

The property is close to everything! Fifteen minutes to Pensacola Beach! Ten minutes to historic downtown Pensacola, the Blue Wahoos stadium. Twenty minutes to Naval Air Station, Pensacola International Airport or the Cordova Mall.

The 2012 Loft Townhouse is next door to our other property, the 1928 Tudor (HomeAway or VRBO #423357). Perfect for a larger group if you can rent both places. Just plan in advance.

Wheelchair accessible downstairs. Master suite downstairs with large 'no curb' shower. Doors downstairs are at least 36' wide. Large great room open to beautiful modern kitchen with bar. Private courtyard out back with patio table & chairs and a real brick BBQ pit.

Upstairs the loft sleeps four with a queen bed and daybed with trundle. (two twin beds) It is a large room looking down onto living area of townhouse.

PENSACOLA IS A MILITARY TOWN AND ACTIVE MILITARY WITH ORDERS FOR PENSACOLA HAVE THE 11.5% TAXES WAIVED BY COUNTY AND STATE. You must provide a copy of your orders for my file. This savings on taxes is not for a vacation purpose but for orders to relocate or duty for training, etc.

About Margaret Hostetter

Margaret was born and raised in Pensacola, Kelly in Jacksonville. We met in South Florida where we had both been for many years. We decided to move back to North Florida to start our business, iGreen Construction, Inc. and continue in Real Estate. We remodeled the 1928 Tudor and proceeded to built the NEW RV garage with attached Loft Townhouse which we completed in June 2012. The Garage/Townhouse is built from our iGreen Construction system called ISAP, Insulated Structural Aluminum Panels. We'd love to tell you about it.

The 2012 Loft Townhouse is spacious (about 1,400 sq ft), built in 2012 and very contemporary style. There is a private courtyard area with patio table and chairs and a real brick BBQ. It is located across the street from a large passive park with gazebos and play ground equipment.

Wheelchair Accessible Downstairs in Living, Kitchen and Master Suite. It has 36' wide doorways, wide hallway and large shower with no curb this new loft offers universal access on ground floor where the master bedroom and bath are located.


Next door to our other VRBO listed property which is the 1928 Tudor listing #423357 so larger parties of up to 14 plus two cribs can be accommodated. Plan ahead and secure both places for your event!

You will really enjoy the shaded, private courtyard patio behind the townhouse with a real brick BBQ. Plus, there is a large passive park with tot equipment and covered gazebos across the street.

Great areA . Property is very comfortable and accommodating. Very beautiful on the inside. It’s minutes away from the mall and downtown . The beach isn’t that far as well . I would definitely rent this property again .

Nice location

Very comfortable and close to everything. We especially enjoyed being in walking distance to Bayview Park. The owners are very welcoming and had even decorated for the holidays. By the way, our son (6'7") had no trouble in the loft room. We would definitely come again!

Owner's Response: We enjoy decorating for Christmas and are happy to hear that you enjoyed the décor. The lost bedroom is quite large and certainly has a high vaulted ceiling. So even though the side wall behind the headboard is low even your 6'7" son did not hit his head or feel uncomfortable. Love to have you again an any of our four vacation rental homes.

cozy, lovely gem in East Hill area of Pensacola

Came for a week-long retreat/workshop nearby and stayed there with a friend from college. We loved the location, the coziness of the property. Was quiet, safe, heard birds every morning. Our hosts were wonderful--let us check in a few hours early and even taped the NFL playoff game that I was missing. Could not have been a more wonderful place to stay. A nice large downstairs master suite and a cozy upstairs loft bedroom. No bathroom upstairs but that did not pose a problem.

SORRY, NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY. On the day of arrival call Margaret's cell 850-512-7048 to give ETA (estimated time of arrival) so she can meet to give keys and answer any questions.

Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of people that have reserved the property, and shall not exceed 6 people unless we agree for an infant that can sleep in a Pack & Play crib which we can provide, if requested.
The maximum number of guests in the property is six and is limited due to size of the property, the number of beds, etc.

The rental rate depends on the number of guests to a certain extent. All children are to be counted as guests. When booking, guests that misrepresent the number of guests that will be residing in the property will be subject to forfeiture of their security deposit for that reason. Also, if the number of guests exceeds the maximum allowed, the guests will be subject to eviction.

If rental is due to military orders in Pensacola, provide copy of your orders and the taxes are waived.

Please make sure you take all your personal items. If you want me to ship items to you there is a $20 fee plus postage and packing costs.
