My name is Marisa and I am a boutique-type manager that specializes in managing a small handful of units in the two best complexes on Crescent Beach (the only two right on the beach— just six steps off the pool deck to sand, as opposed to all others that have long hard wooden boardwalks and stretches of dunes separating you from the sand and the sea). While I’m different from working with an owner (this is what I do for a living so I am fast to answer emails, always available by phone/text, and treat this as a business) I am a lot like an owner as well, in that I have been staying in this complex and on this beach for over 17 years myself (my parents own there)!
I have stayed in most of the units I manage and know the complex, beach, and area as well as I know my hometown. Renting with me means you won’t mess with big companies who have never set foot in our complex, much less your unit. It means that if there are problems, you have 24 hour access to me to help you. It also means that I am here to help you plan your perfect vacation for your group or family.

Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island is like a secret we hesitate to share, and yet can't keep to ourselves. The beaches are not very busy, and can sometimes even be vacant (where else does that happen?)! The locals still describe that as the way ����old Florida used to be” with uncrowded beaches. It’s surrounded by entertainment and adventure and over 365 restaurants, and yet we are always content just breathing in all our condo and the ocean out the door has to offer! If you want crowds-- go to Daytona or St. Augustine beach, if you want quiet pristine beaches come here!
This complex is a small complex with around half of the units available to rent and the other half remaining vacant. We are also one of only two complexes on this beach that are located RIGHT ON the beach--all others have long stretches of dunes and long boardwalks that separate you from the beach. Because we are closer and smaller our views are better, it's easier to get out to the beach, and you don't compete with large crowds and other guests!
Consistently defined as the unit that looks like it came from Coastal Living Magazine, this unit is booked over 90% of the year! This luxury unit has designer brands and touches plus the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit and 3 TVs!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo; the view is spectacular and all the amenities made our stay really comfortable. When we plan to return to this area again (probably won't be for a few years and later in the season), we'll be sure to plan our whole trip around availability of this unit.
When we arrived, we were pleased to find a new Keurig coffee maker - a nice addition to a well stocked kitchen! We appreciate your help during the rental process, the book full of specifics about the condo and the condo association, along with suggestions about the area - what to do, where to go, restaurants, etc. Very very helpful!!
Loved the condo, the beach, and the entire area! Very quiet, away from cities and noisy activity, yet easily within driving distance (15 Min) of shopping and only 20 min from St. Agustine which was great to visit, eat, and shop in. Especially liked the east ocean view from living room balcony and from the master bedroom being awakened each morning with the sun coming up over the ocean. Want to go back!
My husband and I have stayed in Crescent Beach for the past two years. We absolutely love everything about this unit! It is so tasfully decorated, has fabulous views, and is close to everything we need. We so enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the ocean views and sunsets! Marissa is so effiecient and very helpful to answer all our questions. We like being able to drive into St. Augustine which is just a few miles away. We look forward to coming back again next year!!
This was our second time staying at this location. Very clean and charming location! We really enjoyed our stay!
We have stayed in this unit for several years and it is amazing! Things we love about this unit are:
(1) The hardwood! I love not having carpet, especially with sandy feet coming in. I always know the floor is clean on hardwood.
(2) The computer desk off the kitchen! I always have to work on vacation and generally people don't have a setup for that, but they have this great little desk off the kitchen where I can easily charge up, work, and still enjoy the view out the window of the beach!
(3) The rockers on the patio! The rockers on the patio are so comfortable-- you sit down into these super thick plush pads and then rock as you watch the waves and gulls. We had a couple of really amazing lightning storms as well and enjoyed watching the lightning at night over the waves.
(4) Of course the view! This one goes without saying, but we love that in this unit you're so close to the end and you have such incredible ocean views!
My family of four LOVED staying here. The decor is very relaxing and everybody commented on how comfortable the beds were. It is very close to the beach, which was important to us. One thing we noticed was how quiet it was inside. Even though we were right by the pool and a family would often sit outside below our balcony, we didn't hear a peep from anybody - even the man yelling "Marco, Polo"! The walls, windows and doors are solid and very insulated. Along the beach, there are more homes than hotels or condos, so the beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to St. Augustine.
We really enjoyed our week in this condo. It was CLEAN, newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. The complex was also clean and well maintained. I'm a pool owner and very particular and the complex pool was perfect. Of course the beach is the reason for the visit, and it did not disappoint. Plenty of sand and surf for miles. No high rises, just friendly folks enjoying God's creation. Marissa was very attentive and easy to reach via text. We stayed the week prior to our son's wedding and we shared the unit with him for a few nights and then our friends from France flew in and they were thrilled with the accommodations as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the air conditioning worked like a charm in the 90+ degree weather and 90% humidity. We would love to return!
Within fifteen minutes of this condo is everything you could ask for! World famous golf courses, historical sites, sports and recreational opportunities, shopping, theater, and more restaurants that you could eat at if you chose a different one each day of the year!!! St. Augustine is the oldest city in America. The cobblestone streets are quaint and attract thousands of visitors a year both for it's rich history as well as it's hundreds of different entertainment and recreational opportunities. So whether you enjoy adventure, history, wining and dining, or spend all your time on this quiet island and it's pristine beaches-- you won't run out of things to do!
