What is a Caribbean Life? One that has sand stuck in your soul, sunsets branded in memory, and the ocean's bidding call to return to the beach again and again.

Embrace the Caribbean life in this luxury unit with near unbeatable views of the beach out your window just three units away from the waves. You will savor breathtaking sunrises and views of the ocean from your entire main floor from a wall of sliding glass doors off the living room or from a wall of windows in the master bedroom. You will also enjoy fiery sunsets and views of the Intracoastal Waterway from a wall of glass doors in the second bedroom or step out of the large sliding glass door to the third level walkway to breathe in the ocean air as you watch the sun set. Views here are hard to beat!

This caribbean hideaway has been completely remodeled from paint to flooring and everything in between with high-end finish work, some of which includes: wide tongue and groove white plank ceilings, all new modern light fixtures, all new contemporary bathroom vanities, gorgeous tile work throughout main floor and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the upstairs, extra wide granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Designer furnishings and decor from West Elm, Pottery Barn, Thomasville, and Nautica create not only the feel of living inside the pages of a magazine, but also a comfortable place to kick off the shoes, wash off the sand, and enjoy the sunset on your private deck just three units away from the sand. After drinks on your deck at sunset, come in and be entertained on one of three TVs w/ high definition, extended cable service & DVR (so you can record your favorite shows but never miss the sunset), and Bluray DVD player.

Retire to your master bedroom with inviting plush king bed and a wall of windows to gaze out at the rolling tides and swaying palms as you drift to sleep to the ocean's orchestra from the open windows. Or stay up and read in the comfortable recliner in the master as you watch the moon rise from the ocean. Just make sure to rest up so you can repeat the Caribbean life tomorrow!

Other bonuses this unit includes are: washer and dryer in the unit (note- this is a European model that is a combined washer/dryer so it is nice that you don't have to switch the laundry over, but it does has very long dry times), water filtration system, and tankless hot water heater. Needless to say this is one of our most popular units that book first and generally only have a few weeks of vacancy a year, so book fast to capture the Caribbean life for your seaside retreat!

About Marisa Dye

My name is Marisa and I am a boutique-type manager that specializes in managing only high end units near St. Augustine.

While I’m different from working with an owner (this is what I do for a living so I am fast to answer emails, always available by phone/text, and treat this as a business) I am a lot like an owner as well, in that my roots at Crescent Beach run deep.

Crescent Beach was my grandmother’s beach. Her father drove the local school bus in nearby Palatka and each summer they took the bus to the beach, drove onto the sand and spent their vacation camping. My grandmother grew up and moved out west but couldn’t quite get the sand out from between her toes. Every summer she and her husband would pack their five kids (including my mother) into a station wagon and drive 2300 miles back to Crescent Beach. I didn’t drive cross-country or camp in a school bus, but when I was a teenager my parents purchased a unit on Crescent Beach and I grew to love this beach as my grandmother had!

Some family traditions should never die, so I now vacation right here on Crescent Beach with my kids, who have also come to love this still uncrowded beach my grandmother played on 75 years ago.

Because I was the “Guest” before the “Manager,” I have a unique approach in the way I work with guests

This haven from the world is not only in my blood, but also in my heart, so I love introducing others to Ponce de Leon’s magical city of St. Augustine or inviting them to sink their feet into the sugary sands of Crescent Beach and build unforgettable memories that don’t wash away with the incoming tide. For me this is as much a passion as a business! My love of helping others is evident in over 100 renter reviews that name me personally. I take pride in being a positive part of each guest’s vacation experience.

Renting with me means you won’t mess with people from big companies who have never set foot in the complex or unit. It means if there are problems, I provide 24 ho

Why Marisa Dye chose Crescent Beach

Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island is like a secret we hesitate to share, and yet can't keep to ourselves. The beaches are not very busy, and can sometimes even be vacant (where else does that happen?)! The locals still describe that as the way old Florida used to be” with uncrowded beaches. Its surrounded by entertainment and adventure and over 365 restaurants, and yet we are always content just breathing in all our condo and the ocean out the door has to offer! If you want crowds-- go to Daytona or St. Augustine beach, if you want quiet pristine beaches come here!

This complex is a small complex with around half of the units available to rent and the other half remaining vacant. We are also one of only two complexes on this beach that are located RIGHT ON the beach--all others have long stretches of dunes and long boardwalks that separate you from the beach. Because we are closer and smaller our views are better, it's easier to get out to the beach, and you don't compete with large crowds and other guests!

What makes this condo unique

Consistently defined as the unit that looks like it came from Coastal Living Magazine, this unit is booked over 90% of the year! This luxury unit has designer brands and touches plus the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit and 3 TVs!

Guestbook comments from the manager

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo; the view is spectacular and all the amenities made our stay really comfortable. When we plan to return to this area again (probably won't be for a few years and later in the season), we'll be sure to plan our whole trip around availability of this unit.

When we arrived, we were pleased to find a new Keurig coffee maker - a nice addition to a well stocked kitchen! We appreciate your help during the rental process, the book full of specifics about the condo and the condo association, along with suggestions about the area - what to do, where to go, restaurants, etc. Very very helpful!!

Eureka Springs, AR, in the beautiful Ozark Mountains

Very impressed with condo and beach!

  • 5 of 5

The unit is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It has a very open, fresh feeling to it with lots of light and a gorgeous view of the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook great meals. The bedrooms are roomy with plenty of storage space, high quality linens and comfortable beds.

We originally planned to stay closer to St. Augustine and were concerned that we'd feel isolated 20 minutes from the city. But Crescent Beach feels more open and less dense than areas closer to the city, with far less commercial development along the highway.

The beach itself is gorgeous, very wide-open and walkable even at high tide. In early December there weren't many people staying in the area, but the beach felt like it would never get crowded based on the level of development in the area.

A great benefit of being 20 minutes south of St. Augustine is that we were 20 minutes north of Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. We went to the Sunday Farmers Market at Marineland, did our grocery shopping and found fun places to eat in that area. Far less developed that closer to St. Augustine.

If you want to be smack in the middle of the action, with convenience stores on every corner, you might be happier further to the north. But we found the Crescent Beach area to be a refreshing change from the usual beach vacation development.

Crescent Beach Condo

  • 5 of 5

It's been over a month since my family stayed for a week at this beautiful condo and we are still talking about it! We all have a wonderful vacation. The location was perfect- close to so ,many excellent restaurants and many activities to keep everyone happy. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The view of the beach from the condo was absolutely beautiful, and being able to walk to a quiet spot on the beach took a matter of minutes. Marissa was extremely helpful and offered so many great suggestions for a great stay. I would love to make this our yearly vacation spot!
