Lovely Edinburgh 1 bedrom apartment with parking close to palace and park

This apartment is completed to a high standard and is located on the first floor with secure entry system.

There is an allocated parking space, and gas central heating.

The separate kitchen has integrated appliances including washer, fridge freezer, dish washer, and a microwave.

The lounge/dining area has a contemporary feel, with dining table and chairs, a leather sofa bed and two relaxing leather recliner chairs, great to sit back and watch the LCD TV with free view or even a DVD. wifi available

In the bedroom you will find a luxury king size bed, and plenty of storage in the built in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. The Spacious bathroom has an electric shower and heated towel rail.

The detailed directions helped very much and the keys were easily accessible. The parking next door was tight in a tight street. We didn't notice the trains after a while in the roomy flat. It was within easy walking distance to public transport and local shops. The flat was clean and tidy.

Convenient location

Nicely appointed apartment with everything supplied for a comfortable stay. Convenient to Holyrood Palace and Arthurs Seat. 10 minute drive to the Castle and the Royal Mile. Lovely kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer, comfortable lounge room, bed and roomy bathroom. Having somewhere to park the car securely was also another positive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends.

a nice well placed flat

A well placed flat at 2 mn of the Hollyrood Park & 5 mn of Sainsbury.

The flat was very clean and well organized, also provided all the required facilities (kitchen, TV, Wifi)

Our host has been very nice as we had weird arrival & departure times, and provided many infos & cherry on the cake a Key lock box which eased everything.

Twenty minutes from the Royal mile

The apartment was nice. The parking challenging, but at least there was parking. The Royal mile was a twenty minute, lovely walk through Holyrood park. Unfortunately that's where the restaurants are. Great place in good weather, but a little difficult in the rain.

The property is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 child. It is well kept and in a convenient location. It's an easy walk to Holyrood Palace and Park and the Royal Mile. Jayne was very accommodating.

Lovely place - felt very much at home !

Very happy to have stayed here. Jayne is the perfect host, all essentials were stocked up and she spent time to explain how everything worked. Roomy flat, enough space for the 3 of us. The lovely Holyrood Park just a few minutes away. Wish it was a little closer to town, since my wife has difficulty walking, but we knew what we were getting. All in all a great experience - highly recommended to all.
