Pleasant apartment near City centre.

We stayed here for four nights in late October. Directions to the apartment were excellent but finding somewhere to park outside whilst dropping off luggage was impossible. Fortunately Jayne had left the parking garage key for us so I double parked while my husband collected the key from the apartment and then opened the shutter to allow access to the garage. The garage space is very tight but as no one was in the space next to us it was doable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and functional. It was nice to have tea, coffee etc provided.

The apartment is situated about 15 mins walk from the start of The Royal Mile. The walk through Holyrood Park and up onto the Royal Mile was our preferred route.

All in all this is a good choice particularly if you don’t plan to use a car much.

Jayne was most helpful before and during our stay and her responses to queries via message were immediate.

Very nice and clean apartment at a convenient location

My family stayed at Jayne's place for a week. Jayne was friendly and she helped us in settling down with all the necessary information even though we arrived during late hours. Jayne's apartment was very clean and had a homely feeling to it. All the basic amenities were present and attention has been laid to small details like multiple heating arrangements. The location is pretty good with Meadowbank Shopping Park and Holyrood Park at half a km and The Royal Mile at 2 km. The trains do pass by across the street but after a while we hardly noticed them. I will surely recommend Jayne's place and thank her for being such a good host.

Homely

The detailed directions helped very much and the keys were easily accessible. The parking next door was tight in a tight street. We didn't notice the trains after a while in the roomy flat. It was within easy walking distance to public transport and local shops. The flat was clean and tidy.

Convenient location

Nicely appointed apartment with everything supplied for a comfortable stay. Convenient to Holyrood Palace and Arthurs Seat. 10 minute drive to the Castle and the Royal Mile. Lovely kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer, comfortable lounge room, bed and roomy bathroom. Having somewhere to park the car securely was also another positive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to family and friends.

a nice well placed flat

A well placed flat at 2 mn of the Hollyrood Park & 5 mn of Sainsbury.

The flat was very clean and well organized, also provided all the required facilities (kitchen, TV, Wifi)

Our host has been very nice as we had weird arrival & departure times, and provided many infos & cherry on the cake a Key lock box which eased everything.

Twenty minutes from the Royal mile

The apartment was nice. The parking challenging, but at least there was parking. The Royal mile was a twenty minute, lovely walk through Holyrood park. Unfortunately that's where the restaurants are. Great place in good weather, but a little difficult in the rain.
