Tranquil Getaway
We had such a lovely time on this property. There was plenty for us to do relaxing at the cabin, and enjoyed much of the surrounding area with hikes and beautiful drives. We hope to come back and enjoy the summer weather soon!

Amazing stay
This property was more than my family and i could have ever imagined. Check in/ check out was very easy and a book is upstairs eith instructions on everything you need to know. The code to access the front door was very simple. Its a beautiful property and the owners make sure the house is fully stocked with almost anything you can think of.They even supplied a large dog crate. The owners repsond very quickly which is a huge plus. The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub was also very clean, hot and ready to go and the creek running through the property was spectacular. The drive way to the property was very accessible. This is a christmas my family will always remember and we would definitely go back amd atay again. Thank you for being so accommodating.

Christmas cabin
This cabin is absolutely amazing! The location was perfect. Close enough to town if needed but we never left the cabin once we arrived. The outdoor setup with the firepit and chairs right next to the babbling creek with stairs and access to the water was perfect. We caught a few trout right off the creek bank. The cabin is fully stocked with all the kitchen amenities you would need. The host even had the cabin decorated with Christmas trees!!! We had the kids leave the phones in the truck when we got there and they didn’t even miss them with all the activities the cabin offers. Pool table, arcade games, board games, horseshoe pit, and of course fishing! Tons of porch area for sitting, screened and unscreened. Loved this place, highly recommend! It’s a definite memory maker for our family.

Well stocked cabin with ample fishing opportunity
The cabin was cute, it did need a better cleaning by house staff cleaning. There were roaches in some of the bezels in the ceiling and roach eggs in the refrigerator. And they were roaches. The linens were all crisp and clean and bathrooms toilets and living areas were all neat tidy and well-kept. A nice cabin but it could use better staff attention to details. This would include cleaning the bugs out of the bezels in the ceiling. Making sure the fridge is completely cleaned and generally trying to make the place as clean as possible. While the cabin was nice it did seem to be lacking attention to detail.

My husband and I have been married for 26 years. We have three terrific kids and reside in
Paulding County Georgia. Jeff works for the postal service and I teach at tutorial center. Our children are ages 17, 19, and 24. We enjoy family time as well as time for ourselves.

Why they chose this property

Jeff and I was repeated renters of Lost Valley Lodge and enjoyed the seclusion, serenity, and the amenities that the property had to offer. During one of our stays, we were contacted by the owner, as he welcomed his guest personally. We had a long and friendly conversation, when I conveyed that we had been looking for a place of our own. He asked how much we were willing to pay. The next day, he sent an email, saying that he was willing to sell and would accept the amount that we could offer. We purchased the property on June 5, 2017 and could not be happier with our decision, as this is our little piece of heaven. ,We feel very blessed that we are able to add this to our next chapters. We are delighted to share our small piece of the amazing Blue Ridge Mountains with you.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the charm of the mountain style home, the babbling creek, and the seclusion of the property. Upon one of our stays as renters, we looked at each other and had the same thought "This feels like home ' This should be ours." The property is just so relaxing, it makes it very difficult to leave and return to the norm.
