The Conceiceo De Tavira Villa is a beautiful detached three bedroom property with a Plunge Pool and gardens with roof top terrace.In the villa there is a large reception lounge / dining room, kitchen,the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, there are two other twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The villa is fully fitted out with all bed linen and bath towels etc., there is a TV, DVD player & Radio/ CD system. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave & dishwasher. The lounge has an open fire that can be used in winter time, the villa is fully air conditioned and can be used for heating or cooling. the villa is 5 mins walk from the nearest bar and restaurant and 10 minutes walk from the lovely boardwalk at Cabanas with all the restaurants and bars you would need,

Tavira Town: One of the nicest laid back places to visit is Tavira, 4km (2.8miles) East of Santa Luzia. It is very easy to lose track of time in Tavira, a lovely old town with a long history where time stood still. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it's many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun. The old palace is nearby and the beach of Ilha de Tavira is within walking distance and has many small restaurants. A visit to the recently renovated Pousada (Inn) is recommended. This is a very nice destination all year round. During the summer months there is a boat ferry from the center of town, opposite the Happy Homes office, going to Ilha de Tavira and Quatro Aguas.

Cabanas: One of the best kept secrets of the Portuguese Algarve is the traditional and picturesque fishing village of Cabanas. Cabanas is just east of Tavira and is still relatively free of mass tourism, with only a limited amount of holiday accommodation among their small white square-stone houses. It's a good place to getaway from the crowds and for anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet swim in the beautiful blue lagoon. Cabanas is a relatively recent addition to the brochures of tour operators which means that so far is has been unspoilt by mass commercialized tourism and it still maintains a feeling of the sleepy little fishing village it once was. If you walk down to the seafront you can still see an array of colored fishing boats with the fishermen delicately tending to there daily catch. The seafood in Cabanas is some of the best in southern Portugal, with the locals still passionate about recipes and traditions that have stood them well for generations; idyllic restaurants.

This lovely private villa is located in the heart of Cabanas, just 25 minutes from Faro international airport and 5 minutes from the historical town of Tavira. The Algarve, in particular the East Algarve is thriving, more and more people are moving destinations from Villamoura and Lagos to holiday here as there is a greater obvious value for money.
