We had a great time staying here in Dublin. The location can't be beat. Just steps from major shopping streets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is great too. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, etc. Agent was very accomodating since we had an early check in and a late checkout. Thanks again.

We'd just look to say that we throughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Dublin.
The apartment is clean and spacious, we had three of us, two in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was large and had everything that we needed.
The location was perfect, smack in town centre, and with all the locks and keys we certainly felt safe.
One other point to add is the personal service, we had two apartments between our party of 6, and William met us, walked us to both apartments and was very helpful. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone.
We spent a great 5-day stay in Dublin and part of that is due to the fact that we had a clean, well equiped, quiet while located downtown, apartment. It is very safe (3 security points) and close to supermarkets, banks, restaurants.
Liam profides all the information in a timely fashion and was extremely welcoming on the day of arrival.

Although we (I and my family) have spent only a few days in Dublin, we have appreciated so much a comfortable and nice apartment provided by Liam, to whom my thanks are directed for his hospitality. The apartment is very close to the city center, adjacent to one of the main route where there are many shops and pubs. The apartment is located within an internal courtyard in a quite part of the city, 200 meters from the Spire.
I rented this apartment on behalf of my parents who were visiting Dublin from New Zealand. Right from the start we found Liam to be extremely courteous and helpful and he even offered a discount as my parents are over 65. My parents found the flat to be perfect for their requirements, extremely central to Dublin City and they felt very safe and secure. They also wanted to say thank you to Liam for meeting them prior to their arrival and taking them to the apartment to show them how things worked etc. They would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe and very central apartment to rent in Dublin.
Everything mentioned below is walking distance from the apartment. Walking time is in brackets. Trinity college (10 mins) - once the educator of the elite of Irish society, Trinity College is now open to all. See the old library and the book of Kells; Dublin Castle (10 mins) - Old walls of Dublin, state apartments, and the treasury. Temple bar (8 mins) - Dublin's cultural quarter. Best night spots, restaurants and unusual shops line these narrow, cobbled streets. Guinness hop store (35 mins) - In the Guinness factory complex this excellent visitor center tells the dramatic story of the 250 year history of Guinness. Shopping in Henry St (3 mins) and Grafton St (15 mins) department stores; pedestrian ambiance. Pro Cathedral (2 mins) - historic church. O'Connell St (3 mins) - Dublin premier wide street with the general post office - scene of 1916 insurrection. Christchurch and St Patrick Cathedral (15 mins) - beautiful buildings.
