About this property

Our studio has a large open floor layout. The main room has 1 queen bed, a 2-seat recliner leather couch and loveseat facing fireplace. All linens included in bed and bath. Kitchen has all new appliances including a full size refrigerator, four burner cook top, convection microwave oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes and Cookware. Enjoy a 50" 4K smart TV with free cable and 32" Apple TV and Free Wi-Fi. Our bathroom has a luxurious custom tile, 25 square foot, twin headed shower with on-demand hot water. Studio also has large mudroom entrance for safe entry and storage of gear.

There is a small outdoor seating and grilling area that has a lean-to tucked into the shade trees. BBQ, propane fire pit and lawn furniture are all available for you to use privately.

North Elba Studio

This studio is the most thoughtfully created and carefully prepared rental we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect-quiet and serene--and the hosts are warm, hospitable, responsive and interested in making their guests' stay be memorable. This is an outstanding place!

Amazing, as always!

We have been staying here longer than I can remember and it is consistently our most favorite place. The place is immaculately clean and Ed and Sandy are constantly adding new little luxuries! Carnival Ski Race Stay

This is a very comfortable studio where I would stay again. We were there for a ski race and found it comfortable and cozy. Ed was a great host.

Sandy is a school teacher at Lake Placid High School, is a whitewater raft guide and owns a photography business. Ed owns an aerial photography/video company and production company called Splitrock Productions. Our property is located on a private circled road just 1.5 miles from the heart of the village.
