The Owners of this unit love NFL Football and NHL Hockey so they have subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket and NHL Center Ice on Direct TV for your viewing pleasure on the 50' flat screen. Enjoy!
Jim & Holly love their other condo here in Apalachicola so much that they decided to buy another one and remodel it to make it available for friends, family and guests.
We remodeled in the spring of 2013 so everything is new and upscale.

Just a follow up Thank You regarding our stay at The Pelican. A very nicely appointed unit, Mother-in-Law approved! The elevator was appreciated by her husband, a disabled veteran. Bob and I had been through Apalachicola a bit ago, and knew we wanted to return and spend some time. Having so much within walking distance was refreshing, we met and chatted with so many nice folks. Cafe Con Leche in the morning, and Up the Stairs Restaurant was delightful! Seeing the sun come up and the men preparing their boats was an added charm. We will be back!

We love coming to Aplach, second time to stay in this same complex The Pelican is very nicely furnished high end .very comfortable, having the elevator makes unloading and load a breeze! Once you arrive you can park your car and walk to everything. GREAT LOCATION
The only draw back is the seafood processing company directly across the street loud compressors run 24/7 noise is not loud inside unit but makes trying to sit on the balcony not a great experience

Your are in walking distance to shopping and food. This place was fully stocked with cooking utensils pots and pans. Oh and let's not forget the coffee which they had. Sleeping was amazing! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Thought I was sleeping in my own bed. I would definitely rent this place again.
This condo has the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The location was great to walk to shops and restaurants in town. The bar next door had live music that carried out into the street, but they closed down at a reasonable hour. Eleven pm was the latest they went while we were there - that was on a Friday night.
I have no complaints at all about the condo itself, but the generators running across the street at the fishing dock made it somewhat unpleasant to sit on the deck. But that was the only downside.
