4 Bedroom Beachfront Home with Seperate 2 Bedroom Basement Unit
The MonkeySpoon sits directly on one of the finest stretches of white sand on Wells Beach. The house is split into two separate living areas,(The basement unit is only available in the off season-$1000/wk) there is the 4 bedroom main house, with four bedrooms and bath on the second floor and living, dining and kitchen on the first floor with wraparound porch. The Kitchen was renovated in 2014 with all new appliances, granite couners and lots of cabinet space while retaining the turn of the century feel to the cottage. The upstairs of the house sleeps 10 and the downstairs basement sleeps 4. The upstairs property features a wrap around porch overlooking the beach/oceanfront, a great sunny location for morning coffee!
Daylight apt has south facing patio and separate access stairs to beach (left of those in picture) rent is $1,000 per week. Please inquire about availability as calendar reflects upstairs rental schedule.

- The cottage as four bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms in the basement. There are two ocean front bedrooms upstairs, one has a queen bed and the other a full size bed. The two back bedrooms each have a full size bed, in addition to the full size bed one room has bunk beds in it and the other has a twin bed. Their are two basement bedrooms, on has a full size bed and the other has two twin beds.
