Why Andrew Sanchez chose Tucson
I really liked the central location--it is close to everything-- entertainment, fine dining, etc.. It's a block from Speedway, one of Tucson's main arteries. The house has been newly remodeled; it's spacious and has personality. The area is family friendly with a park two minutes walking distance. It was built in 1953 and has lots of unique charm and characteristics, one of which is solid brick and mortar construction.
What makes this House unique
The fireplace or recreation room is especially inviting. It has a Morraccan style lounging sofa and is capable of sleeping another two peopleand also is a great place to entertain or relax with the family. There is plenty of space at the dining table--a leaf can be added to accommodate up to 8 people and there are two bar stools at the kitchen bar. The mattress in the master bedroom is nothing short of sumptuous.

Very nice and clean home. Great location for activities on UofA campus.
Easy to find and access the home. Lots of room to relax including multiple seating areas. All necessities available. Homeowners were accommodating and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
Awesome place. Great location. Perfect place to stay when visiting Tucson
Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for a few days while visiting Tucson. The owners had everything in place and the house was in great condition. Any questions that we had were answered immediately and the owners were very easy to work with. If I ever make it back to Tucson this will the first place I look to stay. Took us 45 minutes to get to Mt. Lemmon and about 20 minutes to get to the Old Tucson area to the West of town. Awesome back yard area with a large table to sit and unwind after hiking and exploring the area. Would recommend this place to anyone heading to the Tucson area.
Super clean , comfortable beds and luxury amenities.
The house and location was perfect for our needs. Easy access to anywhere. The house was well stocked and the hospitality of the hosts couldn’t have been better. Thank you!
