Do not stay here! Not as represented!

When I booked this apartment I had a gut feeling that I should keep looking - I should have listened to my gut!! We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after one. The pictures are VERY deceptive. There's a reason why there are very few pictures of the actual apartment and building. I had asked for pictures of the living area but they didn't send until AFTER I booked and paid. Although the location is very good, only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Belfast, that's about all the positive I can muster up. The building is tired. The apartment is tired. The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable and certainly not king sized but doubles. The kitchen is not as depicted in the ad, cupboards are white, appliances are old. There wasn't much in the kitchen for use i.e condiments, coffee, tea. The dishwasher was running when we arrived, no clean glasses in the cupboards. I didn't go on vacation to empty someone else's dishwasher. Seems like a minor irritant but sets the theme for our stay. The owner would benefit from having the place professionally cleaned. Towels were old and ratty. No TV, just an empty TVstand. The street noise was so bad I would have sworn all the windows in the apartment were open when they were not! We were met by someone who gave us the 2 minute tour and instructions but throughout the booking and our stay, I wouldn't say was overly helpful. We were promised a senior's discount upon arrival but you guessed it, never received that! Not expecting one, we still asked for a refund for the one night we left early given the misrepresentation but never even received a response from the owner. There is nothing "luxury" as described in their add about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good value for money

It was a nice apartment, clean and very close to the city centre . Afar from the noisy road at night everything else are good. The Lord is very accommodating and friendly. Thank you

Un oasis de tranquilidad

Nos encantó el piso para pasar unos días. Está situado en una orilla del río junto al East Bridge, es una zona tranquila y segura. A 5 minutos andando hay supermercados. Estaba equipado con todo lo que pudieses necesitar (lavadora, secadora, detergente, cosas de desayuno, menaje de cocina, plancha, secador de pelo, toallas...), además si tenías algún problema no tenías más que llamar al propietario, que es super atento, amable y vive cruzando el río.

Por ponerle alguna pega, echamos de menos una sartén donde freír unas patatas o un filete.

y una de las camas necesita algún ajuste en el somier.

Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Muy recomendable.
