Junior suite located in sorrento, the ocean club building of the new fontainebleau resort which just underwent a $500 million dollar renovation. All new, elegantly furnished with 574 square feet, with a queen bed, convenient sitting area with desk and imac computer, and queen-size sofa bed. 37 inch high definition lcd tv, ihome radio and kitchenette with mini refrigerator, sink and microwave. Marble and granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub (handicapped accessible) and tv in bathroom.

Ocean and resort view suite on the 6th floor of the newly opened fontainebleau iii resort, a 5- star luxury condo-hotel, famous for club liv and hot spot for celebrities. There are multiple pools, a top of the line spa, world class restaurants, direct access to the beach, and close to the art deco of south beach.

Spacious, over 570sf + balcony looking out at the pools and beach. King size bed + real livingroom area. Kitchenette with microwave and refrig.

Very nice finishes and furnishings.

All bookings include free one car valet parking, resort fees, and spa passes.

Unit needs some TLC

I've stayed in owner units of varying sizes in the Sorrento tower about 10-12 times over the past 8 years. It's hard to not have a GREAT stay at the Fontainebleau, but this unit needs some TLC. Because I go so frequently, I expect certain things & those expectations weren't met. The light in the entry way didn't work, the light in the closets didn't work, the doorbell outside of the unit appeared ripped out. Because the doors are heavy we literally never heard when the staff knocked. The television in the bathroom didn't work....well you had picture, but no sound. The closet door handle was falling off because of a loose screw, which I managed to tighten. If you enjoy coffee in the morning while observing the view, forget it. The coffee machine is so outdated. the hotel no longer carries the coffee pods for that machine. From talking to staff, it seems like these are all items that are left up to the owner to maintain at their discretion. Every unit I've ever stayed in had a separate Shower and Tub ( I love the shower because it's like a mini-steam room). This unit only had a worn shower head in the jet tub. It is a smaller bathroom, so maybe there was no room for separate shower? While I was there I realized that it does state that it's a combination tub/shower in the description, but it's still weird for the FB.

This is by far my fave place to stay when visiting Miami and I had an amazing time. However, all of the individually minor maintenance issues in this unit became annoying.

Owner's Response: Dear Valued Guest, My apologies for the inconvenience you’ve experienced during your stay in my unit. I try my best to keep my units in tip top shape, but unfortunately sometimes I fall short of my own expectations. The maintenance and housekeeping is done by the hotel. I inspect my units on a weekly bases, and I have a maintenance agreement with the hotel that I pay for monthly. The hotel staff overlooked that agreement in their system and occasionally they turn away maintenance requests by guests instead of reporting them to the owner’s services desk. Had you contacted me during your stay, those issues would’ve been resolved immediately. As for the coffee maker, the new coffee machines have been delivered to all my units. I would have to thank you for pointing that out. I was unaware of the fact that the hotel had transitioned to the Keurig new coffee makers. As for the door bell, none of the units in the building have doorbells. I have notified housekeeping to knock harder before entering the room. I appreciate your review and hope to hear from you again in the near future. Please contact me personally next time when you decide to visit the Fontainebleau. Great room with a great view

Beautiful huge room that comfortably slept the 3 of us, could have even fit 4 easily or 5. Amazing view of the pool and ocean. It was truly a weekend of luxury.

All the Fontainebleau luxury at a fraction of the price

This unit was perfect! The hotel has so much luxury and by booking through this owner you only pay a fraction of what it would cost you by booking through the hotel. Hotel charges for parking daily and there is no access to the spa if you don't buy passes, but all of that was included in the rental price. This is a must book when coming to Miami. The owner answers all of your questions and payment is very secure.

Perfect stay on a wonderful property

Photos are a great representation of the condo unit. GORGEOUS view of the pools and ocean from the 6th floor balcony. Perfect amount of space for a small family or a couple. Highly recommend, will stay again!
