The Penthouse dining options include a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite-top island and counters. Adjoining is a cozy, custom built-in breakfast nook where you will enjoy your morning coffee glancing toward the glistening creek below and cresting peaks. In the evening, move to the formal dining room table for a candle lit dinner.
Upstairs an elegant Master Suite awaits. Enjoy a 29x47 inch flat screen TV from a luxury king sized bed. The deluxe en-suite bathroom with double sinks offers heated floors and a steam shower. Enjoy a spa like experience after a long day of skiing , hiking or doing other outdoor mountain activities, or choose to relax in the oversized soaker tub.
The cozy second bedroom features a queen bed with spectacular north-facing views. The spacious third bedroom offers a queen bed positioned for mountain vistas and an exorcize room nook with an elliptical machine, free weights and exercise ball. While exercising you can enjoy our large flat screen TV.
We also have a queen aerobed available. Easy to set up and comfortable it can be used in the exercise nook area. that can be set up in the exercise area for extra.
But the interior is just the beginning. Outside enjoy breathtaking views and fresh mountain air from the spectacular 800 square foot wrap-around deck off the main level. This deck features a state-of -the-art BBQ, stainless steel outdoor fireplace and comfortable seating for outdoor dining.

We instantly fell in love with the Creekside Penthouse in Canmore. For us view, sun and location are Paramount. It is rare to find everything you dream of in one house but the instant we walked through the door we new we we'd found our mountain dream home.
The Creekside Penthouse offers bright morning sunshine, panoramic views of the famous Rocky Mountains from floor to ceiling windows and a private hot tub on a roof top patio featuring uninterrupted panoramic mountain views. It doesn't stop there: steam shower, heated bathroom floors and air conditioning, all in a spacious well laid out designer decorated space with high end finishing. And of course the icing on the cake is a perfect location down town. No need to drive to dine out. What more could anyone want!
What a great place to stay and a beautiful creek side location!! The mountain views are wonderful from this penthouse. The kitchen was large enough to cook for all of us, as well the seating was wonderful for suppers. We especially loved being able to back our F-350 truck into the garage for the night. This saved us from hauling up the ski gear each night. The master bedroom is large a spacious, as well as the two bedrooms for the young adults. We used the hot tub on the roof every night to soothe the sore muscles. Shopping in downtown Canmore is a real treat!! So much better than Banff! Highly recommend this rental!!
After extensive online research, I settled on the Canmore Penthouse for our family's first trip to Banff. We were not disappointed. There were 6 adults and we had more then enough room. We had a 19 year old travelling with us and when we finally walked in the front door she said "Are we seriously staying here?!" First impressions are a must and this place has that immediate wow factor as soon as you step inside. The pictures are very accurate and don't leave to much to imagine. The downstairs living, dining and kitchen area are perfect for family to gather to eat, drink and be merry! Or just lounge around if you prefer! There are quite a few stairs to get to the second level but it is worth is. This is where all 3 bedrooms are and 2 full baths. The bedrooms are a little on the small side but we did not mind as they were very nice. The master bath has a very nice tiled, walk in steam/sauna shower as well as a huge soaker tub in the corner. We didn't ever use this as we preferred the 8 person hot tub on the rooftop! This is not to be missed, even in the coldest months. We decided to start off our first full day in the hot tub with coffee and sunrise. Highly recommend, we have some of the most beautiful, unfiltered sunrise pictures of the Canadian Rockies! Kitchen has lots of seasonings to choose from and a few condiments in the fridge. You can actually walk to 2 grocery stores if you'd like, they are very, very close! Big gas grill on the lower level deck as well which we did use one time. We only had a few issues while we were there. We ran out of hot tub chemicals on the first day and they say to add them after each use to help keep nice and clean. There was also a pretty big wad of hair in the 2nd bathroom drain. We also found a single sock under the master bed and a pair of women's underwear that were left in one of the drawers. I emailed the owner and advised them of these issues and they seemed happy that I had informed them as it's the only way they know how to improve on these types of things. In case you don't know the town of Canmore is about 15 minutes south of the town of Banff. It is a little smaller and less touristy. Very nice location! Overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this gorgeous house to anyone who is looking to stay in the Banff/Canmore area! Hope this review helps you decide on the perfect location for your vacation! Enjoy! Oh, and highly recommend booking a tour to hike at Marble Canyon!

We recently spent several days in nights. The home was very clean and offers lots of room. With the home being so close to many stores and restaurants we found the place to perfectly situated for our weekend.

A group of us stayed at this great condo in downtown Canmore this past weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place to be. The location is ideal - a half block from the main street which is filled with restaurants and shopping. The condo itself has a fabulous hot-tub on the roof with outstanding views of the mountains. The 3 bedrooms are generous in size and the bedding is luxurious. The fireplace was great for a cool evening and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great reunion weekend.

For a two week stay, the nightly rate for the second week will be discounted to $325/Night
For a three week stay, the third week is further discounted to $250/Night
For a stay of four weeks or more, the fourth week is further discounted to $175/night
*Note the first week will always be $400/night regardless of the length of stay. Discounted rates do not apply between Dec 15 and Jan 5
