There is a heated parking garage.

Longbranch is a great convenient location to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer, just 2 blocks to the Historic Main Street and gondola. Spacious and open unit with vaulted ceilings & a deck with views of Ten Mile Range and town. This property comfortably accommodates 6 people. There is a gas fireplace in the open living room and lots of windows and sunlight. TV's in each bedroom and the living room, DVD, Wireless Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef if you do decide to eat in, or enjoy one of the many fine restaurants downtown Breckenridge has to offer. A car is optional at this fabulous condo in the heart of the Best Ski Town as the shuttle stop is just around the corner, less than 1 block away.

Overall the condo was exactly as it was advertised. Our only problem was that the walls are very thin and there was construction every day we stayed. I feel that someone should have mentioned that there would be construction going on.

The other extremely positive is that Summit Mountain Association was so helpful. Everytime I called they either answered the phone right away or called me back within minutes. Their customer service was awesome!

Average accommodations with excellent location

This location was great. The property, however, was a bit worn down. The dishes were dirty and the condo did not appear very clean. Laundry facilities are in the parking garage...fyi. If you plan on cooking, bring all of your own spices and extras as nothing but dishes are provided. Pots and pans are in the unit, but the review mentioned the kitchen was fit for a chef...not true. Overall, underwhelming lodging, but a great location.

Perfect location to walk to downtown or take a bus to the mountains

Overall this was the perfect location for our family. There are 3 bus stops within a half block to take you to the Gondola/Breck station, Beaver Run or around town. There is a small grocery store about 3 blocks away, along with restaurants and bars. You can walk to anything within 15 min from this location.

As far as the condo, it was well kept and looks identical to the photos. The hot tub and elevator were key after a day of skiing. The only thing we had complaints about was the Internet kept going in and out when we first arrived, the TV up in the loft area wouldn't connect to cable, and the pillows needed to be upgraded, as they were a little flat. Also, there is no ski locker available in the garage for your items, so you must keep it upstairs.

Wonderful

We stayed at Longbranch last week for a family vacation of skiing. Everything was what or more than we expected. We had a beautiful kitchen loaded with the necessary equipment to work in. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our two grandsons really enjoyed having an indoor pool. I appreciated having laundry facilities. My husband was thrilled with the heated garage. We all loved having shops and restaurants just 2 blocks away. Being able to take a shuttle to the ski hills was an added bonus. Summit Mt Properties made everything a breeze for booking and accessing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
