Situated in a cul-de-sac in the upmarket urbanization of El Rosario, our villa has beautiful surroundings, stunning sea and mountain views, tropical gardens, and a large private pool. The house has a modern interior, combined with the exterior of a finca. Within walking distance, there is a tennis/paddle club, many restaurants, a good sized supermarket, coffee shops etc. Only 5 min drive away you will find 4 golf courses and Marbella town itself. Malaga Airport is a half an hour drive away.
The villa is on a small incline over two floors. Entrance floor you have 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living dining area, a lounge room, and two bathrooms. There is also a wood burning fireplace. Outside there is a huge balcony with great sea views, and an open dining area. On the garden level, there is a large covered patio with a dining area and a coal fired BBQ. There is a self contained double bedroom (accessible through own door at garden level only) with it´s own bathroom. Off this bedroom is another decked terrace, a sitting area and of course the garden and the pool.
The area: The urbanization is very residential, upmarket and quiet. As it lies on an elevation, there are wonderful views. The beach is not far away and could be walked to in about 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car. The beach is recognized to be the best beach in Marbella. There is a famous tennis club, four restaurants, a bar, two coffee shops, a supermarket and a car rental...this all within the urbanisation! If you walk across the bridge towards the beach, you come to another trendy bar/restaurant, and of course the beach is littered with lovely Chirringuitos serving anything from salad to the best grilled seafood. For night life, Niki beach is close, as well as Bono's beach. Of course Marbella town and Puerto Banus are close as well...depends what kind of holiday you are looking to have.
Pool and Garden: The pool is absolutely private and is 5 x 8m. There is a large coal BBQ for larger parties. The patio is furnished with a table with seating for 8 persons. Our garden, 1 floor below contains another patio with 6 chairs. There is a lovely tropical garden with lots of palm trees.
Towels and linen are included in the property.
Why do we love this place?: We love it because we are in town within a short five minute drive. Shopping can be done at the supermarket in the urbanisation (which has everything). But if you want to drive to the mall (with 400 shops), then that is also only a few minutes away by car. Of course the beach is one of the best benefits. In lots of places in Marbella you have pebbles or even a rocky beach. Not here. This is the best stretch of sandy beach, probably why Antonio Banderas bought his house here on the beach!
Because it is peaceful, offers lovely views and at the same time is close to everything! Also it is a great neighbourhood, full of families and it is very international. On our little street alone (5 houses) there are families from 5 nationalities!
We stayed a week in this villa that has beautiful views of the mountains and coastal area. It is located in a quiet residential area a 15 minute drive from Marbella centre and is the perfect base for a family or 2-3 couples. Ash who is the contact person provided excellent service and answered all questions we had. We can certainly recommend this villa even though everything isn't brand new - it has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable holiday. Furthermore The area itself has an abundance of attractions and restaurants and a great climate - in other words a great place to spend a holiday.
Just returned from a nice relaxing week at this property. The house, gardens and pool are lovely and our kids both enjoyed themselves. The outside barbecue kitchen area was great and my husband did some great meals here when we had visitors. It is in an elevated position with far reaching views towards the mountains. The living area is very homely and the kitchen was well equipped. It is really easy to navigate around the local area from here, we hired a car and visited Mijas pueblo (which is well worth a visit), Puerto banus and Marbella old town which is also very pretty with good shops and restaurants. Locally the super sol supermarket is 2 mins down the road and sells everything at good prices including wine and beer! Also I would recommend mamas bakery next door for eating in as well as taking away fresh pastries etc. my husband and son also played tennis at the local royal Marbella tennis club a few times and loved it there. All in all it was a very relaxed good value holiday. Also, I must mention the owner Ash who has been fantastic in providing any information we needed in the run up to and after after our holiday.
This is a very comfortable villa with loads of space for us, a family of 4 plus one other adult. The villa is light a roomy and with windows on 3 sides of the main living area so there is a lovely breeze through the villa so that you don’t have to use the air-con. The villa has a wonderful view from the top terrace and is furnished to a high standard. There are a couple of very good restaurants within 15 min walk, one being a good value Italian with excellent pizza’s (approx 30 euro per head) and the other a high end Spanish restaurant if you want to spend more (50 Euro per head) The walking time depends on hot it is and how fast you want to walk! But it is a pleasant walk through a very nice residential area. There is a supermarket nearby that has everything you would need. It is also less than 10 min drive to Marbella. It is in a very quiet area with easy parking. The owner was very efficient and quick to respond to any queries. I have stayed in many villas and would class this as one of the best I have stayed in and I would highly recommend this villa
The villa was even more beautiful than we expected - so spacious and airy, with stunning gardens and the pool was fantastic.
We were looking for a very relaxing break and this really hit the spot.
Our 9 and 15 year old children loved it as much as we did.
Clean and easy to maintain with great facilities.
Local restaurants were first class and fun.
Very well looked after by the caretaker who provided loads of tips and suggestions.

The beach is renowned as the best beach in Marbella. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, or less than 5 minutes by car. The beach is sandy, with a variety of beach restaurants. Lounges and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. If you walk another 5 minutes, you get to Bono's beach, with has the comfortable double four poster lounges, as well as a great bar/restaurant. Golf: Golf on the Costa del Sol needs no introduction. With over 40 golf courses, there is no shortage of them! From PGA championship courses such as Valderrama to beginner courses, there is something for everyone. Our villa is situated right next to the Marbella Club Golf course and the Santa Clara Golf resort. Five minutes drive away to the west is the Rio Real Golf course, and five minutes to the east the Cabopino Golf course.

In order to ensure a fair use of the electricity (unfortunately some people leave the air-con on even when they are not home!) we take an electric meter reading when you arrive and before you depart. Your electric consumption is then deducted from the damage deposit before it is returned to you.
There is a 250 GBP reservation fee to hold the required dates (not refundable). The remainder of the rental fee, as well as a 600 GBP security deposit, is required by at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
The preferred payment method is by bank transfer. Please note that payment by credit card is possible, but this carries additional surcharges which is then passed on to you.
