Great place but way overpriced
Not sure if it was due to UCSB graduation but the total price to stay here was around $950 per night. The listing shows a nightly price of $500 per night but the extra fees and markups raise the price to the $950/night. Unfortunately being that we needed a place for graduation we were stuck paying this high price. The house itself was really nice and so was the backyard/pool area. My advice, look around as there are many other homes for rent that are just as nice but at a reasonable price.
Great family time here!!!
House was spacious and clean. Pool was warm and clean. Ping Pong time and swimming were family highlights here. Thanks!!!
Nice well equipped home in Santa Barbara/Goleta neighborhood
Property was clean and well furnished with all of the modern day amenities. While the pool is not as large as appears in the photos, it is adequate, warm and clean. Local Goleta stores and restaurants are very close by and it is approximately a 20 minute car ride into downtown Santa Barbara. Please be aware that it generally cools off at night here, however the house does not have air conditioning so you will be sleeping with the windows open. Additionally, all of the neighbors are somewhat close, however the house does have a nice 9 ft. privacy fence surrounding the backyard. Our only complaint would be the excessive "junk" fees which are adding to the nightly rental, increasing the rental price by nearly 30%, so please be aware. All in all a very nice place which served our purposes quite well.
