About this property

Luxurious Comfort with Gulf Views - B302 Free Boat Docks & WiFi

This recently renovated 3rd floor unit has a new owner who has made many upgrades to the condo. In the newly renovated lanai and living room you’ll find floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors with sliding screens that assure totally unobstructed views from the kitchen out. The new floors and decorating accessories provide for both a relaxing and tasteful way to enjoy the magnificent Gulf views.
Also included in the list of newly upgraded amenities are three flat screen TV’s. The unit features a washer and dryer, Jacuzzi tub in guest bath, and a well-stocked bright kitchen. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach umbrella are also included.
If you are looking for a gorgeous Gulf view from all windows including the kitchen and master bedroom and a comfortable and tasteful place to relax, this one is for you!

Fisherman’s Cove is a waterfront property – sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon which leads to Sarasota Bay. Fishing from the Gulf or Lagoon is one of the main attractions. Our location is also perfect for kayaking and paddle boards. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your apartment’s private terrace or directly on the beach.
Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.
Each unit features cable television, wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, a clubhouse with library, shuffleboard court, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking. NO Pets allowed.
Dine at several excellent restaurants within walking distance or drive to Crescent Beach approximately 2.5 miles north where there is a grocery and other stores and restaurant options. The Siesta Key Village is approximately 7 miles distance on the island. Off island trips bring you to diverse neighborhoods and shopping and dining areas within a 15 to 30 minute drive.
Sarasota is known as the Cultural Center of Florida with many live theaters and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit is the Ringling Campus with the State Art Museum of Florida, the Circus Museum and Ca’ d’Zan Mansion on Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is another very special attraction in Sarasota for both adults and children.
Turtle Beach is known for swimming, shelling, and sunning. Fisherman’s Cove is adjacent to Turtle Beach with picnic area, grills and boat ramp. You will drive through Turtle Beach to our gated community – leaving the traffic behind. Our south end of Siesta Key is known as the quieter end of the island.
While you are here, you will want to visit Siesta Beach and put your toes in the world famous white sand which consists of 99% pure quartz, ultimately derived from the southern Appalachians. Over millennia, rivers carried the grains of sand into the Gulf of Mexico and south along Florida’s coast. Those quartz grains are fine, without any coral or shell fragments, which results in sand with a soft, flour-like texture.

Though we require a Saturday to Saturday pattern in peak seasons (Mid January thru April; and June thru Mid August) we can be flexible at other times. Please email us your pattern of stay request.

Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key Gulf Front! Sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon which leads to Sarasota Bay, you can enjoy sunning or fishing from the Gulf or Lagoon or kayaking and paddle boarding. Our Siesta Key location on the island’s south end features the best shelling on the island as well. The Gulf waters are only 150 feet from your beachfront lanai. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your apartment’s private terrace or directly on the beach.

You can walk south along our beachfront and enjoy at least one mile of undeveloped property. Continue on if you wish for many miles of serenity to Casey Key.

The view was beautiful from this unit. The owners and manager were very gracious. This is our second time at this property and we have enjoyed both stays.

Summer Vacay
The unit was nicely updated and decorated. It was more than enough space for the four of us. The beach was great. The view was amazing. We have never stayed in a place so close to the beach. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and Tamiami, but still out enough that we didn’t have to deal with crowds. It’s was perfect for what we wanted. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book again in the future.

Siesta Key Summer Vacation
The property is not located in Siesta Key even though it shows up in your VRBO search for Siesta Key. It's about 7 miles away and does not have the white sand I was expecting. The sand is very dark brown and black. If you are a shell seeker this is the place for that though. The unit itself was pretty much exactly what the pictures showed in website. The word "Luxurious " used in description needs removed or updates done to meet the descriptive word. Needs some serious updates to the appliances as they were all from the early 90's. The dryer sounded like a freight train, and I believe to be on its last leg and was missing the dryer lint screen. Although all appliances worked, they are very dated. Our favorite part of the unit was the screened lanai. We spent our mornings out there drinking coffee and our evenings just listening to the sound of the waves with a bottle of wine. The master bedroom offered a king bed, but the bedding was not very desirable. The sheets were very low count thread and didn't give you the clean crisp feel of good sheets. They actually felt damp.....too thin. The unit was just upgraded with large flat screen tv's . This unit is on the 3rd floor and offers amazing view of the gulf. The canal out back offered free boat docks that we did not use but a nice feature. If you are looking for a quite beach away from the hustle of everything this spot is perfect for that. We did like the private beach this offered as it is a gated community. We meet alot of wonderful people on the beach. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. Staff were friendly and the maintenance man worked it seemed every hour of the day to keep the property clean. When going up to the villages or Siesta Key beach take the trolley. Very cool and no need to find or pay for parking up there. Would we stay here again.....maybe. We love the Gulf though.
